I'm about to break a tooth on this hot pocket. I WAYYY overcooked it. Yet i eat it anyways. Which brings me to my point.
I am a fat a**. And i'm tired of being a fat a**. And i'm tired of hating myself for being a fat a**.
SO!
As of tomorrow, i'm a vegetarian. [At least for a week.] And, i shall dig those idiotic work out tapes out from under the bed, and i shall exercise. And i shall go to Wally World and NOT buy any snacks for myself. Instead, i shall buy fruits. And i shall drink at least 5 glasses of water a day. And i shall take my vitamins.
And whatever happens... NO TACOS.
Anyway, i would appreciate it if you guys: ~ Gave me some encouragement ~ Share any weight loss tips you may have [excluding drugs, prescription or otherwise.] ~ Gave me some good, low-fat, vegetarian recipes. [Or ANY good, low-fat recipes, for that matter.]

neutral I bet you are not a fatass.
How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
Anyway, if that's how you feel, good luck. :]

Ah. D:
Well, what I recommend for losing weight is to stay away from dairy products. Like, definetly drink your milk and whatnot, but don't drink it alot.
And flavoured water is good, if you want to get into the habit of drinking it alot. Me and my mom are addicted to it now. I have at least six bottles a day. 3nodding

Good luck!
I have a vegetarian for about a week, but I don't like fruit or vegtables, so I pretty much lived on Lucky Charms..
Then I got really hungry and ate more Lucky Charms, but I didn't get full until I had a peice of chicken.
I believe it's called 'malnourishment'. xD
But you like fruit, so it won't be a rpoblem with you. My mom has recently gone vegetarian for life and lost lots of weight. :3

Kk. Minus dairy products.
I don't like flavored water, but pretty much all i drink is water, so i'm good on sodas and such. My only problem is that i don't drink enough of it.

Good luck, my dear. I played a lot of DDR when I tried to lose weight, but now, I'm just watching what I eat. =/ Losing weight sucked for me, like, I still haven't really been able to keep off weight, but that's just me. I'm 200+. But I'm five feet tall. That really is bad, but I actually am getting happy with myself. =]

Hmm~
One good tip is to drink five BOTTLES of water instead of five glasses.
ALSO. Stay away from white foods. Stuff like white potatoes, white rice, and white bread.
Instead, you can eat sweet potatoes, brown rice, and whole wheat bread.
Dairy products are bad in large amounts.
EXERCISE. Do sit-ups! Run! DO SOMETHING. D: If you watch a lot of TV, exercise while watching. O:
Stay away from sugar. If something says it's FAT FREE, it doesn't mean it's sugar free! Sugar turns into fat!
Yeah, I'm done. ._.;

Hmm mm.
I say don't give up is the main thing.
If your willpower shakes and you, say, eat a taco-- do not declare the entire thing a failure, but keep on with the plan.
Go running. Get into a routine.
Or do what I do and just explore a lot. It tends to lead to running away from things, climbing other things, falling down and getting up, swimming across lakes, scaling buildings, etc. Plus, it leads to healthier eating habits because at the end of the day, fresh apples and salads and beef stew are more nourishing and filling and give you more energy for your adventures, as well as being easier to carry around.
I still say you don't really need to lose weight, going just by pictures of you, but if you honestly want to get healthier, more power to you! Mike is a timid insecure girl.

Well, I need to work on the loosing weight angle too. ^_~ Actually, everytime I get sick, I drop weight REALLY effing quickly. So I don't know. Get the stomach flu. (No, don't it's not fun.)
Recently, I've discovered edamame; it's addictive, and pretty good for you if you don't overdo them.
And while we're at it, who can help me with my caffeine addiction? *says this as she takes YET ANOTHER swig of black coffee* heart

butum. exercise, eat well. do yoga. i love it. keep track of what you eat and see what kind of meal plans work for you. different kind of diets work for different people.

I'm not skinny. It's ALL in the angles. When you're heavy, and have myspace, you pick up real quick on how to not look fat in pictures. sweatdrop
