So How do you win this 10K?

Rules:
Ten entrants join for free.
They pick a roster using one of the links at the bottom of this post.
for three weeks, they submit a card. 3 cards at the end of the game per contestant.
Before they submit the first card, they must fire at least 5 stars. This helps determine if they're are good at this. If they fire someone useful, then they aren't very good. If they take out all of the trash, they're smart.
Then they must hire/fire their way to a roster of 30 people. No more no less.
They must set up their roster then. 5 Main Eventers, 8 Upper Midcarders, 12 Mid Carders, 5 Lower Mids and down.
At the end of each week, the contestants turn in their cards and judges vote. each judges give the top three of their choice 6-8 points and the rest get a max of 5 points. The point from each judge are added up for each card. At the end of the 3rd weeks, all points are added up and the best wins.
List your feud by the way. A max of 10 feuds.

Prizes:

First: 10K
Second: 5K
Third: 2K

This is my gold I'm giving so if anyone wants to donate, it will be added to the prize to make each prize bigger for you without making me pay more.

Card Set up:
You have a two hours shows. Ads take up 12 minute at the least and you must have 5 ads at the least.
You have to put the amount of time each segment takes up. Including how long each ad is(totaling to 12 minutes at least).
Segment time is important. A 2 minute main event 6 man tag would count off your score. Unless the judge liked it for some reason.
You can do anything on your show. ANYTHING...But it will count off if you go to far. If you have a naked woman standing in the ring reciting a song made up of profanity, you'll lose many points. So try not to go crazy in your segments.
You must describe everything but ads. Matches should have about 2 sentences. Not words, not paragraphs. Two sentences. Promos can have 1-5 sentences. Gimmik matches may have 1-5 sentences also. Be brief, not too brief.
Gimmik matches may only be used once a show except the 3rd show may have 3.

So I use ROH, ECW, TNA, Raw, WSX, or SD as a roster? But these links aren't fully updated. Sabu and RVD are still in ECW.:
I realize this but I like these rosters.

I'm ECW and I don't even start with 30 guys. or maybe I'm Smackdown and fire a bunch of people. What now?:
If you have under 30 people, hire new stars. You can have an Hall of Famer as long as they're alive. Any HOF person over 45 is not allowed to wrestle. You can also hire anyone that OWW says was recently released. Not enough? Go to the WWE alumni on OWW.com. Look in the past 5 years, ask me about the person, and you can have them. And the ROH alumni works too.

What about dead guys?
No dead people on your show. That means no Benoit. Sorry.

Can I make Cena a heel or something?
Sure, but it will be a segment on your show. Use time wisely so be careful with his stuff.


Judges:
I will be a judge but need two more. Judges must know their stuff. They must be a PWG regular. I need at least one person who knows ROH to help me since I don't watch. All judges will judges each card. They must be unbiased. If you would like to be a judge, send me a PM soon.
