XD No. Akila hates Puppyshipping. It was an Irateshipping picture, but that picture is from the cover of a doujinshi that is mainly Puppyshipping. (plus some other mini pairings like Yami no Yuugi/Jounouchi, Yami no Bakura/Malik, and Yami no Bakura/Jounouchi/Malik)

I was watching volume 5 of YUUGIOU earlier today and it made me laugh... they kept calling Jounuchi 'chick' according to the subtitles, but to me it sounded more like they were aiming for something along the lines of 'newborn' aka n00b. But it was hilarious to see Seto pointing at Jounuchi calling him 'a chick'. XD

Oh dear, it's denial again...
Ah, well I understand. We could be reading too much into it. Seto may have just grown up and decided to stop treating people like s**t instead of actually having feelings for Jounuchi.
But then, there is definitely something going on in Seto's head dealing with Jounuchi. He looks at him sometimes like he's undressing him with his eyes.
But... that doesn't mean Jounuchi feels the same way.
It's very possible that the reason Jounuchi is obsessed with hating Malik is because he's got feelings for him. But it's all just speculation...
EXCEPT PUZZLESHIPPING!
I swear to god anyone who denies something is going on there needs to explain to me WHY they don't believe it.
