how do u get Pelly's, Phyllis', and Tom Nook's pictures

You get Tom Nook's picture by giving him a safe. Go to http://guides.ign.com/guides/682878/page_8.html if you want to know how to get the safe. To get Pelly's picture, I think you have to save 100,000,000 bells in your bank account, and 500,000,000 to get Phyllis's, but I'm not positive.
