Well if the pattern of global distribution is random then it's highly unlikely that you'd meet the person even more than once amongst your manifold lives. Oddly enough, from the stories I've heard where people know about previous lives, they dont actually live very far from where they "used to live."

If you were a flea, and were good, you'd end up as... a fish?

Oo It's like our souls go into the earth the same way as our minerals do as they decompose or something and it all gets recycled.
