My nan used to raise chickens. We had three (No rosters though. Which is why we didnt end up breading them) there names were: Shortbread (The short one) Pig (The tall one who would run in circle s when he was hungry.) and Horse (The fat one.) 3nodding

it caught a mouse and eating the mouse gave it rabies so it died. and at the funeral the mmouses parents had a fist fight with the chickens parents. the mouses parents got eaten, chickens parents got rabies, same deal at the parents funural with the origional mouse and chickens grandparents. it would have happened again, but the great grandparents were already dead.

Hmm, I realized that chickens were destructive but I didn't know they were that dangerous.

i had a chicken as a pet once. i raised it from an egg (with a incubator of course). when it hatched it couldn't walk so i taught it how to with gentle physical therapy by teaching it to support itself by grabbing onto the carpet. it survived and gave us yummy eggs. it ate a bee once... that was strange. then my brother gave it the chicken pox and it died. true story
