UFC: king kong, due to the fact that they don't allow plasma breath.
Anything goes: zilla. plasma breath, tail slap, resists tank shells. nough said
arm wrestle: kong. zilla doesn't have long enough arms to do well at it.

Actually, after reading through the UFC rules, they don't prohibit tail slapping, so my money is on the zilla there too!
