Naruto Uzumaki: If you rp with Naruto, use melee, he kinda lacks in jutsu and junk, though his hand to hand combat skills are moderate
Sasuke Uchiha: Sasuke has lots of jutsu and Kunai skills, along with his melee combat is great too, sasuke is almost perfect, except one thing, he's over used.
Kakashi Hateke: Kakashi is has the advantage of the Sharingan, but lacks in jutsu, he does know alot, but to really do well with Kakashi, You must know a number of those Jutsu.
Sakura Haruno: Okay, shes like the worst you can use, she uses only Genjutsu, and Kunai, she has no specialties, besides..If you use Shinpuuden Sakura, she could fight easier.
Kiba Inuzuka: Kiba is a little unknown to me, so I'm going to use data to from the anime, Kiba is well balanced, he has a good number of jutsu, and excellent Melee combat.
Hintata Hyuuga: Hinata isn't so good she like a white eyed sakura..but she has Jyuuken, so I guess shes good. She can make her chakra sharper, bigger, and stronger.
Shino (?): Shino has the advantage of far distance, hes has insects, those bugs can eat chakra, so he can kill people.
Neji Hyuuga: Neji is a great character to RP as. He has 64 points which seals most of your chakra opening, 128 points which seals all of them, either way its very power full.
Rock Lee: Rock lee...doesn't have any jutsu...Period. But excellent Melee, he is very easy to rp as.
Sabaku no Gaara: He also has the advantage of range, with his sand, he has devastating power in both melee and Jutsu, most of his jutsu kill you.
Kankuro: he, like gaara, has that advantage, he can hide in a bush something and attack his opponent, he can control multiple puppets with strings of chakra.
