Okay, this is probably one of the funniest high-school based animes I've watched due to the sheer randomness and hilarity of the characters. Problem is I can barely find other fans.

That's Chyo-chan. The hyper/stupid one is Tomo, the spaced-out/clueless one is Osaka, the glasses one is Yomi, the tall cool one is Miss Sakaki, the girls with a crush on her is Kaorin, the psycho teacher is Miss Yukari and her friend and rival is Nyamo.
