Chronicles of the Galactic Civil War 2: Shards of the Force RP

General Information:

Six months after the defining Battle of Kashyyk, the story of the witty mercs, truthful jedi, and devious sith continue, featuring some old faces and some new ones too.

Chapter One: Tides of Agression

Ruusan
As the Dark Lord lands on Ruusan with his apprentice, now Sith Knight, Lady Valycia, he explores the Valley of the Sith, until being attacked by an ancient defense system, and discovering some writing which he cannot decypher. Imperius meets up with the mysterious shapeshifter Roh'san, as the two quarrel about the past, making Imperius storm off the planet. Drako's presence on Ruusan is disturbing, but slight, as his job was originally take Kothlis.

Kothlis Orbit
Leading the charge into battle, Neb Wulf and three of the top squadrons begin attacking and quickly destroying an Imperial Star destroyer, and blow through two more with ease, especially with the help of a MC90 Mon Cal Cruiser. With the help of Mordranna, and Ganil's appearance with some backup, the fight turns sour, as FSL reinforcements squeeze the fighters with heavy firepower. Strong help from Neb and massive disorganization from the FSL navy cause the victory to go to the Republic. Onboard the MC90, Neb makes repairs to his ship, as Mordranna and him decide to go to Ossus. Notable character named Cajin makes a brief appearance, an old stormtrooper who knows of Mordranna's past. Hudson and Gunny both have a quick qualm, before blasting off to Ossus. Ganil decides to go test fighters, and Selk begins prepping for the fight on Garos IV.

Ord Mantell
In a moody bar somewhere in Ord Mantell, Cale relaxes. Somewhat. Between an arrogant padawan (whom he disposes), picking a fight with the padawan's master (though regretful, Cale still dodges and gets himself in more trouble), and getting into a bar which attracts a wierd cousin or family member of Kyle Katarn, Cale gets the s**t end of the stick. After blasting off towards Alderaan, spurned on by the shard he posses, Cale arrives on Delayla, and gambles (and wins) another piece to the artifact.

Chapter Two: Relics of the Past

Garos IV
The siege has lasted for over a month, and the guess is that a month still will remain before the shield around the capital city of Ariana falls along with the efforts of the FSL falter, rendering the planet to the mercy of the New Republic. To speed things up, Ganil Tana and Selkisto arrive on planet. While the jedi works above ground to plan the invasion of the city, the bounty hunter begins a daring strategem to infiltrate the city and destroy the shield generators by way of the sewer system. While this effort is commendable, Selkisto finds his band of elite forces stuck in hostile fire, and with a 40 pound thermal detonator, blows up the sheild generator, along with himself. Ganil charges into the city, aided by Mordranna, who has just recently come from Ossus with Neb. After infiltrating the city, the battle ends with the fleeing of Federation forces, as Mordranna departs for a small vacation on Corellia.

Ossus
Mordranna and Neb head towards Ossus, in search of the elusive jedi library under Ood's roots. They aren't the only ones, it seems, to have this plan. Imperius, Angel, and Drako are also on planet. Imperius and Angel reach the library, as Angel enters a false path into a trapped library, and becomes stunned. Meanwhile, Imperius and Drako enter into a fight, drawing his attention away from the library. Neb, Mordranna, and a tag-a-long ex-stormtrooper named Cajin reach the library, and as Cajin stands guard outside, Mordranna and Neb split. While Mordranna heads to the false library, Neb heads to the real library, and the vault itself. Mordranna finds the dazed Angel, and quickly beats her in a duel, and drags an unconcious Angel out. Neb picks up pieces to the TSQ, some biographies, and a strange holocron, which turns out to be sith, before exiting. Taking Angel back to the Kapella, Neb waits patiently till angel awakes, before offering hospitality to the apprentice. Wary at first, Neb tries all that he can to build up any trust he can, pointing out that Angel has nothing to fear, as she would be dead or in chains right now if Neb really had wanted to do such a thing. Offering a meal in exchange for information, Angel discloses her history and Imperius's idea of his quest for Revan. After showing her some video and various other information to the true nature of her past, Angel realizes the jedi were not teh cause of her death, and quickly departs, but not without Neb giving the holocron to her. Upon leaving the planet, Neb views a documentary about him, and discovers that Mordranna killed his parents. However, he is not maddened, and pardons his "duckie", while continuing on to Vergresso Shadowport.

Rodia
Cale Darksun finds himself in a dicey situation. Captured by rodian hunters, he is turned loose into the jungle with only a vibroknife to live through. It seems that Cale's killed a lot of the ruler's family members, as he is pursued by everyone who he hasn't killed. Ingenius wit and a little help from some obscure friends, Cale manages to leave the hunt alive, well and kicking, with much embarassment to the hunters on their own ground. He heads onward to a Jawa on Ord Mantell, and picks up supplies and modify a droid to his use, only after dodging the wild antics of a Jawa who is unusually hyper, and out for the dark side of the sweets, chocolate ice cream...

Chapter Three: Ebb Tide

Byss: Though suspicious of Valycia's disappearance from Ossus, Imperius decides to head deep into the core of the galaxy, to the ruins of the planet Byss. Imperius summons the notorious, infamous, immortal Boba Fett to the scene, and describes his plea. Imperius desires that Fett destroy the mandelorians under Novara's command, along with Drako Prime, the cyborg general who has gone on a vengence crusade against his former master ever since the Battle of Kashyyk six months earlier. As fate would have it, Drako is still hot on the trail of Imperius, and tracks him to the asteroids of Byss. Imperius and Drako fight, with Drako being wounded, but not without dealing an equal amount back to Imperius, before fleeing to Kamino to rebuild his body. Novara and the mandelorians on the Dreg try to outfly and destroy Boba Fett, but the bounty hunter lives up to his reputation, and holds his own. The mandelorians manage to be severely dehibilitated, as Boba begins his hunt after Drako. Imperius tells Valycia of his plan to attack the coreworlds, with a diversion on Mon Calimari shipyards, and Valycia is placed in full command of the loyalist troops. They begin to make the jump to their next place of secrecy, Borlieas.

Vergresso Spaceport: Neb, after departing from Mordranna, heads to the Vergresso Shadowport. Recently aquiring information on the location of a shard, it appears that our famous outlaw, Cale Darksun, has managed to grab it. While Neb reads a book, he decides to steer his two scientists out to find the outlaw, in hopes of getting by with as much decency as possible. Things go astray, as Gunnie forgets who he and Hudson are supposed to be looking for, and between four casinos, a witty bartender, and a barfight, end up being in the same bar with the outlaw, whom Hudson still believes they are only going to end up "paying his parking tickets". Cale happens to overhear this, and tries, as we shall put it, to help the pair out, only to have the two laugh at him and insult every outlaw on Vergresso in a slight alcoholic buzz. Cale leaves, but as the two make their exit, the remaining outlaws barr their exit, but to no avail. Gunny stuns two of them, and Hudson simply disarms the remaining few, before returning to the Kapella, where they tell Neb about their failure. Neb, having finished his book, heads out to play a game of hide and seek with the outlaw, but unlike Gunny and Hudson, he's got much more information on the man. After a short scuffle with some drunken thugs, Neb begins toying with Cale, who doesn't recognise the jedi in disguise. A short but effective conversation leads to a one hour deadline for the two to meet in the Kapella, or as Neb warns, the entire sith federation will be out for Cale. The transaction fails to go through, as Cale stomps off in a fluster, and Neb blasts off, disappointed, but diligent on the duties he must pursue. Cale heads for Corellia, in hopes of purchasing something... new.

Chapter Four: A Fervered Feignt

Borleias (Blackmoon)- The Dark Lord Imperius arrives somewhat distant from the planet, having his ship injured in the fight on Byss. He is hailed by a vessel, containing several Republic assassins, in hopes of killing the leader off. During a brief firefight, a twi'lek named Ali'ana betrays the task force, and Imperius scuttles the Eclipdra, killing the assassins, and indirectly destroying one of the holocrons. After giving Ali'ana, who reffers to herself as Serpent, to Valycia, Valycia places Ali'ana in her unit on the assault on Calamari. Valycia herself doesn't stay for the battle and returns to Borleias, where she meets with the Dark Lord onboard the battlestation known as Project Black Void. Onboard, Angel confesses her love for Phoenix, who shares the same feelings. Soon after, Imperius takes the Black Void into space, where he tests its Gravatical Anomaly Generator by creating a black hole near the shuttle he comandeered from the Republic task force. The next morning, Imperius wakes up next to Valycia, and they both recieve contact from their teams. Valycia assembles the Arch Angels, and recalls them tot he battlestation. Meanwhile, Imperius is visited by Boba Fett, who tells him that on Kamino, Drako recieved a human body, and that his droid armor was turned into a personal assassin droid. Worse still, Drako is in the system. Imperius recalls Ali'anna and assigns her to the Arch Angels, who are reassigned to Boba Fett to defend the station from Drako. Cale arrives on the scene, trying to deliver cargo, but is driven off. The crafy rogue sneaks onto Borleias for a short while, as Imperius begins his plans for the invasion of Coruscant.

Mon Calamari- Upon arrival at Dac, Neb and Hudson are in discussion on what can be done. Hudson is unable to leave the ship for fear of capture and arrest for certain historical reasons, but the conversation drops at that. Neb begins to plan the defense for the planet. Unable to have full fleet protection, he is forced to wage the battle on the planet. He is also limited in his resources, and is forced to play defense using old speederbikes, amphibians, and V-wings. The battle is played, with a victory for the republic, though the reinforcements take much longer than need be, having miscommunicated and jumping to Coruscant instead. Neb packs up, and heads for the capital once more.

Corellia- Cale Darksun reaches Corellia in search of a larger ship. After raising funds by selling a signed Wedge Antilles card, Cale purchases his medium freighter, and rennovates it like a Outlaw would. Though undermanned, Cale doesn't worry about that detail yet, and heads to Coronet, before a self-named sith apprentice tries to interrupt him. Cajin, however, stumbles upon the pair, and drives the "Sith" off. Mordranna, recently arrived, manages to meet the two, and they engage in discussion. The sith returns, and is driven away. Cale gets an assignment to Borleias, while Mordrana meets with her old friend. After a fateful night, Mordranna too packs up, and heads for the hub of the universe

Kamino- Drako Prime, having fled Byss in a hurry, as reached Kamino, and has been placed in a new body. His old one is turned into a subservient droid, as the sith apprentice prepares to leave the planet. Boba Fett has tracked him down, and nearly captured him, if not for overwhelming numbers of soldiers helping Drako out. Boba is kept on his feet, trying not to lose his prey, but also not to be unaware of the Mandolorian's helping his escape. Drako disappears, as Fett heads to Borlieas to tell Imperius the news.

Chapter Five: Fools Rush in Where Angels Fear to Tread

Coruscant- Neb, having reached Coruscant, has quite a spat with the admiral in charge of the main fleet. The Jedi ostracizes the Admiral's incompetence, and arrogance, but the verbal fight ends just in time to witness a new black sphere attempting to eclipse the planet of Coruscant. Neb senses something is amiss, but when he and a Nebulon-B frigate go to investigate, the sphere is inactive. Still, the presence of lifeforms onboard the sphere worries the Jedi, for good cause too. Under a cloak of invisibility, the main Federation of Sith Loyalist fleet creeps up, hoping to take the advantage of suprize. Cajin, who has just entered the system, crashes into a cloaked Star Destroyer, effectively destroying all sense of disguise and suprize the Federation had. While Cajin jacks the star destroyer he has just smashed into, Neb fights incountable odds as ship after ship decloaks, and his relief force is nowhere to be found. Imperius manages to go ship-to-ship as well, as the two try their damnest to pound their opponent's side to hell. Neb eventually gets the better, effectively destroying all hope of Imperius's defender flying with an emp net. Imperius survives, guiding the ship to the planet's surface using the force, and begins to lead the troops. Neb is summoned by urgent pleas now that Drako has landed on the planet, and begun terrorizing the jedi temple, sending a beacon and hoping for a trap. Neb is now stuck making a choice. He can go confront Drako, or hope to save more lives by tacking the Dark Lord himself. Taking the latter, Neb resists fighting, calling an armistice on his side in hopes of negotiating Imperius's surrender. While this is all going on, Drako's signal takes the NR force's eyes, and Cajin is summoned (after having been zapped by Valycia and capturing a SD singlehandedly) to lead a group to Drako. A fool's attempt, most of the squad dies, while Drako attempts to gain recruits to his side, while battling an armored man who might stand a chance against the sith adept. Things calm down, while Imperius arrives in the temple to fight Drako. Angel and Boba team up against Drake, while Neb helps several senators to flee, then calls a retreat of his own before blasting off to space. Imperius wins the fight by default as Drako runs away with a broken up Drake, and Imperius begins his search for Neb and the TSQ...

Nal Hutta- Cale reaches Nal Hutta, and cashes in on medical supplies. Well, enough to get wasted like only Cale can. Drunk and out of his mind for the moment, he fails to realize that a bounty has been placed on his head. And of course, hunters follow. While attacked by one, Cale is saved by a Barabel, who oddly wishes to become a pirate. Either way, Cale is forced to flee once again, as Bass, another bounty hunter, decides to try his luck. Cale eludes the hunter, disguised as a woman, but is forced to take another woman with him to his ship in compensation for his help. After some pirating, Cale tries to sell his plunder out, but is instead approached to run a job for another group calling themselves the "True Galactic Empire". After pulling a job and meeting up with the Grand Admiral Gilad Pellaeon himself, Cale decides to try to win the GA over by stealing a ship from the battle of Coruscant.

Chapter Six: Crystal Dreams

Alaris Prime- Neb begins his search for the final piece of the TSQ shard, as Imperius begins a blitzkreig attack to make a foothold on the system. Angel is sent to retrieve the shards, along with 500 droids. As Neb painstakenly disarms the traps, Angel and her forces slowly advance. Neb takes the shards, but is captured while fleeing, and is sent to Imperius on board the Red Tempest...

Vergresso Spaceport- Cale decides to heal his wounds and fix his ships. While low on credits, Ali'anna offers a hefty sum for transporting her, as well as taking care of her.

Yavin IV-Mordranna takes a small break off from the pains of war, as she quickly begins solving problems with several padawans in the academy. After discovering their intent to try to hunt "ghosts" in the temples of Yavin IV, Mordranna rescues the padawans from an old cortosis-alloyed HK unit, and returns to the Praxium, but a storm brews over the horizon, one calling for war.

Hyperspace to Telti- Drako begins training with Chidee, albeit painful. Junta checks out the odd Nemoidian, while Drako begins a painful "master-apprentice" relationship, one the two pound out en route to Telti. Upon reaching the planet, it is quickly taken over, as plans spill onto several other targets of importance as well.

Chapter Seven: Equivalent Exchange

Yavin IV- The fight for the galaxy as we know it is at hand! War has spilled upon the Jedi Praxium, and with the senators hiding in this stronghold, the entire fate of the light side along with it. While Neb is threatened of torture by Imperius, he is not killed. While the Jedi Master attempts to pass some wisdom on to Angel, and wishes not to commit the deed of murder, the time draws near. During this, Mordranna leads the New Republic's forces against the Federation, in an all out slug-a-thon, to decide the victor. The fight eventually ends up with Neb purging Feron of the darkside and the destruction of the Black Void.

Elsewhere- Chidee negotiates Mustafar's alliance, but an angry Drako follows, and stirs up serious trouble. Cale makes several jumps, stealing cargo, and beginning to raid a splinter group of the Federation.

Chapter Eight: Epilogue

Yavin IV Planetside:
Trey Feron (Phoenix/Imperius) wakes up, semi-amnesiac, inside the Kapella bay. He and Angel decide to negate Skywalker's offer to join the order through memory-wipe and leave to find Neb's mentor Labrynth, as per the instructions Neb is giving through a holocron will he made. Meanwhile, Luke and Mordranna decide to replace Neb with Mordranna on the Council.

Organizations

The galaxy is a vast place, and many orginizations, governments and groups exist their. Here's a quick overview:

Rakatan Empire
A pre-Republic empire, the Rakatan, from their homeworld of Rakata Prime, conquered the known galaxy, which for them started in the Unknown Regions. There so-called "Infinite Empire", spanned across the galaxy, and the Rakata were known for their enslavings and terraformings. The Rakata were the ones that drained Tatooine of its seas and turned it into the barren wasteland, and are also believed to be the ones that genetically created Wookiees. Their greatest accomplishment was building the Star Forge, a gigantic space station that could create anything through Dark Side energy. Unfortunately, civil war, and a plague destroyed the Rakatan empire, and even stripped the species from their connection to the Force. They still exist on their homeworld, but their splendour has been lost over the millenia and the Rakata have been reduced to mere tall-tale tellers.

Galactic Republic
As inter-stellar space travel became more and more used, the planets that would come to be known as the Core Worlds, such as Alderaan, Duro, Corellia, Coruscant and others formed the Galactic Republic. As hyperspace travel became easier to use, the Republic spread further and further, into the Colonies, Inner Rim, Expansion Region, Mid Rim, Outer Rim, and the territories in Wild Space. The Republic lasted for twenty-five thousand years, under the protection of the Jedi Knights, until the Republic fell to the Sith lord Sidious who became Emperor Palpatine.

Jedi Knights
Many monks, priests and scientists devoted their studies to the mystical energy that surrounded everything. The most prominent of these were the Order of Bendu, who worshiped a benevolent force called the Ashla. Eventually, these spread to the plabet Tython, and the order came to be called the Jedi Knights. The Jedi swore to be the protectors of the Republic, and did so until they were wiped out by their enemies, the Sith. The Sith came about through a series of schisms and conflicts within the Jedi Order, such as the Great Schism, Hundred Year Darkness, Great Hyperspace War, First Sith War, Second Sith War, and most notably, the Revenge of the Sith, which culminated in the Clone and Galactic Civil Wars. The Jedi were decimated during the Revenge of the Sith, though the order continues today through the tutelage of Luke Skywalker, who has blossomed the order into almost 500 Knights.

Sith
The Sith are the sworn enemies of the Jedi Knights, forming not long after the establishment of the Jedi Order. The Sith began as Dark Jedi, the first of which was Xendor, who revolted against the Jedi. The Sith, like other Dark Jedi, believe in the use of the Dark Side of the Force as a tool to obtain their own personal needs and gains. The Dark Jedi fought a war against the Jedi and the Republic, resulting in their exile to Korriban. Their, they met a small species called the Sith, that they enslaved. The Dark Jedi called themselves the Dark Lords of the Sith, but they became synonymous with the word Sith itself. The Sith fought a series of wars against the Republic and Jedi, and eventually Darth Bane created the rule of Two, that only a master and apprentice could exist at once. Under Darth Sidious and Darth Vader, the Sith reconquered the galaxy, forming the Empire, though the Sidious was betrayed by his apprentice. Unbeknownst to Sidious however, Vader had broken the rule and secrently trained Lumiya as a Sith, and she replunged the order into secrecy.

Sith Empire(s)
In the course of the galaxy, there have existed several empires ruled by the Sith. Their are two that stand out most: The first was the Great Sith Empire, Ruled by the Dark Lords of the Sith from their capital at Korriban and they ruled through the Unknown Regions. The second, and undoubtedly most famous, is the Galactic Empire. Founded by Darth Sidious, under the name of Emperor Palpatine, Sidious manipulated the Galactic Republic and literally seized power and converted the Republic into the Empire. Like the Republic, the Empire was ruled and administrated from its capital at Coruscant, although the Emperor had a hidden throneworld in the Deep Core world of Byss.Unfortunately, Palpatine's rule with an Iron Fist only lasted twenty-three years, when the Rebellion usurped control of the galaxy and Palpatine and Vader were killed at the Battle of Endor. The Empire then splintered into warlordism, and then was united into the Imperial Remnant. Following the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, the Remnant still stands as an independantly governing body, although it has claimed member status in the Galactic Alliance.

The Alliance to Restore the Republic
Towards the end of the Clone Wars, some senators, most prominantly Padme Amidala, Garm bel Iblis, Mon Mothma and Bail Organa, began questioning the extent of Palpatine's authority. After the conclusion of the Clone Wars, and the death of Padme Amidala, the rest of the leaders rallied under Mon Mothma, except for bel Iblis, who was still bitter over the election of Mothma as the leader of what was called the Alliance to Restore the Republic, or more commonly known as the Rebel Alliance. The Rebellion went nineteen years without winning a major battle until 0. ABY, when commando agent Kyle Katarn secured the plans to the Imperial Battle Station called the Death Star. Soon after, Luke Skywalker, with an assistance by Han Solo, destroyed the Death Star, raising the morale for the Rebels and striking a hole in the Imperial budget and military. Unfortunately for the Rebels, their tide would soon change. Soon after, they were forced to evacuate their base at Hoth, and had many casualties in doing so. The stage would soon shift to Endor, where the Rebels destroyed the Death Star II, and Darth Vader rebelled against the Emperor, killing them both. With the Empire overthrown, the Rebel Alliance became the Alliance of Free Planets for a short time, before reorganizing into the New Republic.

The Alliance of Free Planets and later the New Republic and the Galactic Alliance
After the defeat of the Empire at Endor, the Alliance to Restore the Republic temporarily reorganzied into the Alliance of Free Planets. Though the new Alliance only lasted for one month, they were able to accomplish some significant things. For one, they quelled the Ssi-Ruuvi Imperium's invasion of Bakura, defeated the Nagai at Zeltros, and stopped Lumiya and the Tof. Soon afterward, the Alliance became the New Republic, a body that would stand for only a little over twenty years, with Mon Mothma heading as the Chief of State. The New Republic was able to accomplish many things, they managed to juggle continued conflicts with the Imperial Remnant while still organizing themselves. In addition, the New Republic was able to get the Hapes Consortium to break their millenia of isolation. Soon into the term of Mon Mothma, Luke Skywalker began his New Jedi Order, and Leia Organa Solo was elected Chief of State. Leia would be succeeded by Ponc Gavrisom, would return to serve another term, and then be succeeded again by the Bothan Senator Borsk Fey'lya. Fey'lya, however would be the last true Chief of State, though the Councilor named Pwek would claim the title unofficialy at the Battle of Borleias. The New Republic ended with Fey'lya's suicide, after the Yuuzhan Vong invaded and captured the capital of Coruscant. Following that, Cal Omas was elected Chief Of State and reorganized the New Republic into the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances or Galactic Alliance for short. The Alliance soon absorbed the Hapes Consortium and the Imperial Remnant after both were threatened by the Vong.

Full Scale Conflicts

The Force Wars
In this conflict, those users of the Force who believed in using the Dark Energy called the Bogan for their own personal gain and the believers of the Light Energy called the Ashla fought for a century, eventually beginning the Jedi Order from the ashes of the conflict

The Great Schism
The Great Schism occured when Xendor and his Legions of Lettow withdrew from the Jedi Order. Fighting occurred and the Dark Jedi were eventually subdued.

The Hundred Year Darkness
The Hundred Year Darkness was a century of fear in the Republic, as a group of Dark Siders discovered that the Dark Side of the Force could mutate creatures, creating such destructive beasts as the Leviathan. In the end, the Dark Jedi were exiled to Korriban, where they discovered the Sith species and continued their manipulative Sith Alchemy

The Great Hyperspace War
The Great Hyperspace War began when the navigators Gori and Jav Dragon made a random hyperspace hop and landed on Korriban, where they discovered the Sith Empire. Jav was captured, but Gori escaped, hoping to warn the Republic. Unfortunately, the Sith, under the lead of Naga Sadow, placed a tracer on Gori's ship, and followed her back to the Republic. A full blown war occured and eventually, Empress Teta of the Koros System ((now known as the Empress Teta system) wink , sent her aid, defeating the Sith and sending Naga Sadow to Yavin 4, where he put himself in a spirit-freeze for centuries.

The Great Sith War
The Great Sith War began when Exar Kun, under the tutelage of the spirit of Naga Sadow, declared himself Dark Lord of the Sith and decalred war on the Republic. Things were not good, with Kun taking Ulic Quel-Droma as his apprentice, and it looked as though the Sith would win, until Ulic returned to the light side and helped the Republic destroy Kun and Sadow's spirit.

The Mandalorian Wars
The Mandalorian Wars began when the Mandalorians started conquering independant Outer Rim systems. The Republic did not intervene, because neither party was affiliated with the Galactic Republic. Meanwhile, the Sith Empire who was eager for venegance against the Republic, urged the Mandalorians to invade Republic Space. The Mandalorians complied, occupying the Onderon moon of Dxun. When the Crusaders began slaughtering Republicans, the Republic intervened, and sent the Jedi such as Revan and Malak to stop it. The War ended on Malachor V, where the Exile used the mass-shadow generater to destroy the Mandalorian troops, cutting himself off from the Force.

The Jedi Civil War
The Jedi general of the Mandalorian Wars, Revan, discovered the deadly Sith powerhouse called the Trayus Academy, and was corrupted by the teachings of the Sith, and declaring himself Dark Lord of the Sith, with his close friend Malak as his apprentice. Soon after dissapearing from Known Space, the two returned to Dantooine, where he discovered a Star Map, which lead to others, finally leading him to the ancient Star Forge. There, he began churning an armada out to attack the Republic. In a desperate attempt to stop the war, the Republic sent a strike team to board Revan's flagship with the Jedi Bastilla Shan at the head of the team. Unfortunately, Revan's apprentice, Malak chose that time to fire on the ship in an attempt to kill both Bastilla and Revan at once. The attack failed, and the Jedi escaped with Revan, now an amnesiac, whose mind was wiped by the Jedi. Revan was placed as a regular soldier under Bastilla's command, but he quickly began recalling bits of his memory and learning the ways of the Jedi. He and a small party began retracing the Star Maps, and eventually defeated Darth Malak at the Battle of the Star Forge. Not long after, Revan left Known Space to reseek the Ancient Sith Empire.

The New Sith Wars
The New Sith Wars were a series of battles fought between the Sith and the Jedi, until a final confrontation on Ruusan, where Lord Kaan's Brotherhood of Darkness fought General Hoth's Army of Light, and both armies were destroyed by a "thought-bomb" triggered by Lord Kaan. The only survivor was Darth Bane, who founded the New Sith Order and the "Rule of Two", stating that there can only be one Master and Apprentice at any givsen time.

The Clone Wars
Two millenia after the New Sith Wars, the Sith began replotting their revenge. The Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Sidious, began making it clear that the Sith were not dead, by sending his apprentice, Darth Maul, to murder a Jedi Master, Qui-Gon Jinn. Almost five years later, Sidious, using his new apprentice Count Dooku aka Darth Tyrannus as a front, began dividing the Republic by forming his own government, the Confederation of Independant Systems or CIS for short. The CIS amassed their own droid army, while Dooku began making use of a clone army bred for the Republic on Kamino years before. The CIS army made its debut at Geonosis, where they began murdering Jedi, only to be stopped by the arrival of Jedi Master Yoda with a legion of the clone troopers, approved by Sidious' alterego Chancellor Palpatine, who wiggled his way to emergency powers and an indefinite term. The Clone Wars wreaked havoc across the galaxy, but they ended with the turning of Jedi Anakin Skywalker into Sidious' new apprentice, Darth Vader. Vader was sent to Mustafar to murder the remaining CIS hierarchy, which he did, only to be defeated by his former Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi and suffer life-threatning damage, placing him in a life support suit. Meanwhile, Palpatine declared himself Emperor, beginning the New Order.

The Galactic Civil War

The Galactic Civil War, abbreviated GCW and often reffered to as the Rebellion, was the aftermath of the Clone Wars. Many Senators of the old Republic, including Bail Organa and Mon Mothma became wary of Palpatine even while he was still Chancellor. Finally, Mon Mothma began the Rebellion to Restore the Republic, which was informally known as the Rebel Alliance. The Rebels fought on for many years without a victory and the Empire continued pressing, with its new Tarkin Doctrine of Rule by Fear and the construction of the Death Star. Luckily, a group of Rebel commandos secured the technical readouts of the Death Star, and finally an attack on the battlestation was launched in orbit over Yavin. Luke Skywalker destroyed the Death Star but the Rebels were forced to relocate their headquarters to the icy planet of Hoth. Three years later, Echo Base on Hoth was discovered and the Imperials routed the Rebels, though they managed to evacuate. Finally, in 4ABY, the Battle of Endor occured. The Empire constructed a second, more powerful Death Star, and as a grand trap, left it unfinished and seemingly defenseless. When the Rebel Fleet moved in to destroy it, the Death Star began using its superlaser and an Imperial Fleet appeared. Finally, Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, who turned tot he light and became Anakin Skywalker again, overthrew the Emperor and Wedge Antilles and Lando Calrissian destroyed the Death Star. Even though the Emperor was dead, the Galactic Civil War continued for 15 more years, with more and more ex-Imperials claiming power. Finally, in 15 ABY, Grand Admiral Pellaeon of the Imperial Remnant agreed to sign the Bastion Records, constituting peace between the New Republic and the Imperial Remnant.

Guild Storyline

You may or may not know, but the OSWG is having its own little storyline, just like GAIA's. It's in the form of comics, but rather than posting all the comic pages here (for fear of page stretching), we'll post the links.

All comics are property of the Official Star Wars Guild, and distributed by Dark Bantha comics, copywrite MMV.

Xmas 2005

Page 2
Page 3
Page 4
Page 5

Xmas '05 served no more of a purpose than to (comically) introduce the main characters: Grand Admiral Thrawn, a prissy, militaristic leader who..lacks street smarts; Cale Darksun and FP, two cool, lazy lady magnets. After some babbling about another character, the slightly eccentric Nelowulf joining the Salvation Army, it is revealed that Nelowulf, while posing as "Neosanta", managed to beat Cale and FP in getting three hot babes: Celestia, Angel and Alianna.

Crixmas '07

User Image

From December 15th's infiltration, to the retreat of the nefarious Crix Madine on the 26th, The guild brought back a new interactive storyline, known as the Official Crixmas. Long overdue, it featured the hunt for Crix Madine, as guildies searched high and low for the trapped moffs and Grand Admirals, until the rebel scum left. Crixmas bonuses and stipends were given out for participation, a great victory indeed.

Chronicles of the Galactic Civil War 3: Lights of Peace RP

General Information:

Three months have passed since the Black Void's destruction over the fourth moon of Yavin. The final conclusion to the grand epic which features pirate fleets, converted jedi, and some new people as well.

Chapter One: Destined Meeting

Exiles:
Angel and the reformed Trey finally arrive on Arcania, in search for Labrynth as suggested by Neb's holocron. Arriving at an old junkyard, they meet the elusive mentor, but the feeling is not mutual. Reluctantly, Labrynth accepts his "foolish task" of teaching the youths, but the exiles care little for discipline, as Labrynth grows frustrated with his efforts. Reaching Master Arca's home turf, Labrynth begins teaching his way of fighting, one which Neb highly praised. The weeks slip by, as Lab continues to train them in a three part process, while beginning to eye up Ithor for the next training zone.

Sith: Drako prepares to begin his conquest of the galaxy, as his fleet nears completion. Summoning his apprentices, yes, plural, Marcell and Stana, he wonders where his nemodian went. None-the-less, Stana is disciplined for lipping off, and Marcell begins lightsaber training. Marcell proves to be competant, even going for the painful process of tattooing, as Drako begins to move from his slumber. After discovering a woman named Rei, who assassinated Chidee Heprek, she too joins the ranks of the sith.

Jedi: Mordranna finally picks up her padawan, her pupil, on Corellia, an Ishi Tib by the name Rekan. Mordranna learns Rekan's former master passed on, as she begins to train the padawan. Moreso, Tal'dras comes to Corellia, and discusses with them suggested aid for his next mission.

Others: Cale pulls of a successful raid, and decides to lay low for a short while. On Ord Mandell, a Clawdite named Stefan comes out of hiding, and after a short discussion, Cale enlists his help to steal the shipping plans of the NHI, the coverup company that is the base producer of the DSA. Also, an Echani by the name Tal'dras enters the company of Cale, conversing and playing sabaac. The Echani quickly leaves, and finds himself hot on the trail of several who wish to destroy him. Cale fends off a muntiny and picks up a frigate to add to his fleet of pirates.

Chapter Two: War and Peace

Exiles: After landing on Ithor, the exiles finally get what they desire most: to be rid of Labrynth. As the mentor can no longer stand their childish antics and lack of discipline, they head for Manaan. Rook already knows of this, and sends a runner to fetch the pair. Eventually finding them, the trio make their way to a small, isolated green planet.

Sith: Oryo begins his attack on Bilbringi shipyards to help bolster his fleet. The attack is only partially successful, forcing Drako and his general to enter the asteroid itself, along with his apprentices. Drako emerges victorious, and takes Balmorra soon after.

Jedi: The Jedi arrive admist a battle, determined to shut down a weapon of terror. Led on by Tal, the three manage to get to the computer station and begin to rig explosives to the station, but sith acolytes interfere with the process. With a little skill and luck, the pair succeed, as Tal take him to his homeworld.

Others: Cale wins himself a frigate, and tests its capabilites when a carrack cruiser stumbles upon his hidden base. Quickly fending it off, Cale heads to Brentaal to pick up some informations and nab a pair of Tugs. However, Junta Novara and a bounty hunter decide to discuss a deal to capture the elusive pirate, and fortunately, they are on the same planet as their quarry. Junta begins his plan to betray Drako, as Cale demands a spaceport for his own needs to prove the Mando's trust.

Chapter Three: Guns and Roses

Exiles: On Dagobah, the pair of Jedi are given a test to see their true selves, given by none other than the spectre of Neb himself. Several subtle hints and guiding pointers are given, but Neb only wishes that Feron stay with Rook for the long haul, to get at Drako. Feron decides to ignore this information, and hijacks the shuttle, and flies it to Yavin IV.

Sith: Two knights now emerge from the shadows, killing off Drako's top apprentices, and thereinby, becoming the new lieutenants of Drako's ambitions. Just in time, since the DSA decides to pull a daring plan against the Jedi homeworld of Yavin IV itself. A failed mission, Drako is forced to pull back as the NR fleet arrives, using a hostage as a bargaining chip.

Jedi: Mordranna runs to Yavin IV, to meet with master skywalker. Too soon, the DSA Fleet arrives in orbit, as Drako invades the planet. A suicide mission, Mordranna manages to be captured by Drake, who uses the Jedi Master as a hostage and body shield to escape from the NR fleet, which has come to aid in the fight.

Others: Novara continues discussions with Cale on attacking Drako. Cale, however, is oblivious to the fact Drako ordered the Bounty placed upon the Pirate's head. As the dicussion continues on, Novara wishes to attack Drako with force, but Cale has no interest in military campaigns. The deal ends, with Cale directing space forces, and Novara leading his men, with the promise of a spacedock.

Chapter Four: Ghost Extraction

Exiles: After a failed attempt to contact Rook, the Exiles head to Yavin IV, if only to aid the Jedi in the slightest bit. Upon arrival, it is discovered that their effort has been for the most part in vain.

Sith: Drake toys with Mordranna, the new captive. Drako intends to bring the Jedi back to Geonosis for several purposes: One, to test out the JK models being produced, a droid with the sole purpose of hunting jedi on the battlefield, and two, possibly convert or at least destroy one Jedi master. Preparing for every occassion, Mordranna is kept with neural inhibitors and ysalimari the entire trip. Drako begins to test his JK line upon the jedi. Furious with Novara, he recalls the Mandelorian back to Geonosis. In order to instill fear back into his mandolorian warriors, Drako holds Novara's wife prisoner. By the time he is able to deal with Novara, deal with the droid crisis, he has lost his jedi hostage...

Jedi: Mordranna, being the only jedi of note during this chapter, has her exploits relate to both Drako and Rook, thus lacking need for discription.

Others: Rook steals away onboard a droid freighter, bound for Geonosis with crude materials. Being a former Rebel Infiltrator, Rook's natural tendencies for sabotague and stealth rue this part of the sith's story. A carefully planned operation, Rook lands on Geonosis, planting traps and various escape routes, before heading inside the foundries. He discovers the testing of the JK line deeper into the foundries, and makes his way there. After making one droid attack the JK droids, a chain reaction created a very untenable situation. As battledroids destroy the JK line, Rook begins his escape, only to watch everything shut down. Reactivating the haywire system, he manages to meet up with Mordranna, and frees her. Evading a booby-trapped foundry, they manage to escape via the steam system, and steal a shuttle to meet up with the Saboteur.

Cale plans a stunning raid upon the mothball yards of the New Republic, to steal anything of value. The Madelorians led by Novara provide distraction, as Cale begins to seize anythign of value. When the fight finishes, Cale has pulled away with a juicy prize: Home One. Novara and Cale discuss the selling price of several ships, and the demand which was wrought from the mothball yards. Cale does present Novara with a stripped-down Star Destroyer.

Chapter Five:

Exiles: Angel decides it is now time to search for her long lost brother, Damon. Contacting Mordranna, who currently orbits Manaan, the pair meet up. Angel quickly departs to Atzeri, before returning to Nar Shadda to join back up with Mordranna. Eventually being led to Geonosis, they are contacted by Trey with news.

Sith: Drako makes a move on Eriadu, and captures the industrial planet, before returning to his bastion on Geonosis to toy, torture, and extract information from his newest prisoner, Cale Darksun.

Jedi: Mordranna is treated hospitably onboard Rook's ship, the Saboteur. But a comm from Angel quickly ends the alliance, as she takes on an alias to head into the drenches of Nar Shadda. Both she and Mordranna track lead after lead till they are pointed towards the pirate fleets of the Darksun clan, who point towards their caputred leader Cale being the only person who possibly could know. Heading to Geonosis, Trey Feron delivers a personal message to the pair.

Others: Rook hosts the jedi for a short time, before making several quick jumps, first to the Minos cluster, and then to Corellia, searching for several notable heroes to help infiltrate a new group of shady organized pirates and gangsters known only as Project Dark. Finding Xizor's personal HRD, rook heads to his home planet of Falleen and infiltrates the headquarters of Project Dark, only to find that the base is near empty, save for around 100 infiltrators led by a fellow Falleen. Rook barely leaves unscathed, but with vital information reguarding the massive troop movements of the DSA, which point to the final assault as a blitzkrieg.

Cale Darksun finally has his ends catch up. Caught by a bounty hunter, Cale attempts to negotiate his way out of the capture, only mildly intriguing the hunter, and ends up face to face with Drako. Summoning a predator from the depths of space, he bides his time until the time to strike.

Chapter Six: A Deep Breath

Exiles: Along with the jedi, the exiles help break out Cale, as Angel finds her long lost brother, Damien.

Sith:Nothing in particular.

Jedi:See exiles.

Others: Cale breaks out, as he heads back to base and settles the score with Solms. Beating the bounty hunter, Darksun takes off, as Solms plans retirement.

This is as far as the final installment went. Due to the loss of several prominent characters right before the end, the thread was placed into retirement discretely. There is at the time of this summary no attempts at revival, nor any favorable outlooks for completion.

Afterwards, after a distraction via Ord Mantell's underworld, he makes way for Bespin with Ashe in tow. However, Freya and her party are suspicious of their motives. Eventually, Vaan learns of the passing of Veron, and heads out on his way, but not before a heated debate filled with mistrust.

Chapter 4: Fate Fell Short

In the meantime, Angel also arrives on Naboo, and enjoys a relaxing time on the beach-like shores of Naboo's lakes. Freya then catches up with her, and enjoys herself as well.
However, the joy is short lived, as Sith assassins appear to take Freya. Thankfully, Freya's concerned companions went to search for her, and staged a last minute rescue. During the incident, the noble wookie Bear sacrificed his life so that Freya could escape the assassin.
Afterwards, Freya and her party make haste to meet with the queen, as Angel seeks to delay Sith assassin Ka'ren. On their way, Freya agrees to hire Kel Dor mercenaries Nat and Zell.
Freya finally meets with the queen. The queen then states that she will agree, but only if Freya returns with the Core Fleet. Freya agrees to this, and makes haste towards her ship, staying one step ahead of Sith agents.

Mon Cal: Kalnar leads Gunther, Iust and the Imperial knights to his homeworld. However, a bounty hunter awaits them, and an intense fight ensues, with Iust engaging the hunter in battle.
Afterwards, the battle ends, and the Jedi and Hunter recuperate. Vera agrees to complete Iria's training.

Chapter Five: Old Habits Die Hard

There, she also makes contact with the grizzled Mandolorian whom serves Angel, and learns that she is missing. Freya then vows to aid in any way she can. Afterwards, she meets with Luger, whom has obtained a datapad from the wreckage of an Imperial vessel, before all head for Aduba Three.

Aduba Three: Archaras Seraphim reaches the far out world first, betrayed by the nefarious crime lord Lynch and his henchmen, whom sucessfully abduct Freya. Arch then uses a pseudonym, and comms Freya's assorted allies, most of whom are still in orbit. Former Imperial Knights, now Jedi, Iria and Vera share an awkward moment en route, and agree to aid in the cause.
After meeting with Arch, a tense battle ensued on the ground, and in space. Eventually, Freya's allies board Lynch's cruiser, and recover her. Just before he lifts off, Luger then sets charges aboard the ship, annihilating it.

Ilum: Darth Ferno does battle with Hiko, as well as hoping to search for a crystal to power his superweapon currently under construction. After an epic battle, Hiko finally succumbs to Ferno's attacks, as a Sith apprentice reports to Ferno and Veers.

Coruscant: Ka'ren returns with a captured Angel in tow. As she reflects on her duties as a Sith, Link makes a daring move into the corrupted heart of the galaxy, in search of his ancestor's treasure. He then reflects on his place in things as he feels his former master's passing. Link also aids the local law in subduing some terrorists before he is apprehended by bounty hunters.

Chapter Six: The Ol' In-and-Out

Coruscant: Freya, Luger and the others then sneak into Coruscant, while Archaras, Gunther, Iria and Kalnar distract the Sith. Freya successfully frees Angel, as the Jedi fight off the Sith.

Entropy

General Information: Revolutions do not simply occur. There must first be a cause. As the empire has taken the universe by storm with the destruction of the jedi by Order 66, and the Republic has applauded its reformation into tyrrany, we start to notice the beginning of resistance, those who will not let justice die by thunderous applause. Down on the planet Seya-Que II, the resistance has just begun, in hopes of freeing themselves from their imperial captors. But who is worse, the invaders, or the terrorists who employ deadly means in the name of "freedom"?

Chapter 1: Imperial Storm
Rebels- Charr N'abarr, Lenler, Rate, and Groz are woken up to the sound of change as each quickly finds the imperial intruders are taking over the planet. This backwater planet, which shouldnt' see such action, has just had the worst kind of wake-up call, and each of them decide to fight back... after they recover from the shock of their lifestyle being turned completely upside down.

Imperials- Ford, Akaga, and Kara are part of the Imperial invasion force. While Ford directs the battle raging in the streets from the sudden arrival of troopers and the like, Akaga begins his public relations while the cleanup happens as people are quickly subjected under martial law. Kara, having nothing better to do, curses her bad luck as air traffic controller instead of being a real pilot

Neutral- Diana is stuck working erotica for the local hutt, Bolba, when the Imperials decide to crash the party. Needless to say, he's not too pleased at the disruption of his smuggling operations. R2-C4 wakes up in a used droid shop, unsure of what the hell is going on...

Cloak of the Sith

General Information: Before the "old repubic" was known as the old republic, and before the Ruusan Reformation, the Jedi and Sith were numerous. As the two held opposing viewpoints, it was not long before the two broke out in numerous wars. 500 years into the New Sith Wars, the two factions slowly wax and wain on the tide of battle, locked into a general stalemate. The Sith and the Jedi both have their own respective plans to finally end the war, once and for all. But neither have planned for a third party to make sure neither maintains order, and its a venerable free-for-all of Galactic proportions...

Prologue
Jedi Loyalists- Over Coruscant, Jedi Master Malcom Stryder prepares his departure to the Tett system, aided by the hotheaded Ace Ritt Aareo. Master Gohgei and his padawan, Aurora Sunstar, are training, preparing for a trip away from the capital. Pash Antilles disrupts a planetary government by killing the local top sith, erupting the planet into a quick, but brutal, civil hostility.

Sith Loyalists- The sith council convenes on Roon, as Darth Eldritch hopes to grasp a more loyal, more effective Sith empire, by rooting out the "disloyal" ones. Of course, the Shi'ido Darth Nakara managed to infiltrate the council without being noticed, until the person he impersonated, Karah Tos, arrived. After embarassing the entire council, Nakara fled, successful in inciting chaos.

Neutral interest- Saul, after figuring out that the sith would rather kill him than let him know the secret to Revan's Shield, busts out of a sith hanger on Korriban, a fugutive to his own people. Cene Quell, also on the planet, finishes another round of terenatek cleanup, and a bit more booty after finding a hidden sith tomb, guarded by a host of zombies.

Chapter 1
Jedi Loyalists- Ritt mobilizes out on Stryder's plan to capture a station in the Bothan Salient, but winds up being overwhelmed in the retaliation. Meanwhile, Stryder picks up Aurora from Gohgei, and begins her training, while simultaneously waging a stalemate battle against the sith. Pash follows the lead of a slave trade, one of force sensitive children whom are being bought by someone who isn't a sith. The path runs cold, as he spies in on a meeting of two hutts, as he decides to hire someone to help blow up the local sith training temple. Noticing Darth Kawaii, the kushiban at the hutt's palace from before, he trails the little critter, hoping his lead isn't completely dead.

Sith Loyalists- Nakara meets up on the homeworld of the Iskalloni, performing a few experiments before hopping to Nar Shaddaa to meet with a hutt about aquiring new test subjects. After a small skirmish on Ord Ibanna, Nakara heads to Mandelore, to secure a contract and an artifact from Ung Kusp, before meeting up with Cene. Siren sets up her private empire on Thule. Admist her relaxation, she picks up a new recruit who seeks her out for advice, named Calliga, whom she teaches how to unlock the passion of the dark side.

On Roon, Sonya Kai'zer, aka Lady Maliss, grows weary of weak masters and seeks to find out the notorious shi'ido Nakara, whom she believes will grant her the ultimate knowledge and power she so desires. By manipulating Cyberneticus, she effortlessly goes against her master's wishes and lands on Nar Shaddaa, meeting up with the tiny but powerful Darth Kawaii.

Neutral interest- Cene tracks Saul to Obora-skai, and after failing to influence him to let down his guard, she steals the artifact. The artifact's ancient defenses infect her with nanites, but she winds up disposing of the thing on the next flight out, like a hunk of worthless trash. She travels back to mandelore, when she hears of a cyberneticist whom is peddling unusual gear.

Koren, a mandelorian, tracks several bounties before being hired by Pash to blow the Sith Temple on Nar Shaddaa sky high. Katarra, a wookiee, crashes on Obora-skai.

Chapter 2
Jedi Loyalists- Pash's explosion of the Jedi temple on the Huttworld, while a bit noisy for his class, reveals strange evidence to his master. Ordered to follow the Kushiban if he could, Pash heads to Ruusan. Stealing the 'guise' of a miner, he notices an explosion, but everything keeps coming up as a dead end. While successfully infiltrating the academy, his abilities don't match the description of the person he impersonated, and to a disguised Nakara, was too headstrong for a beginner to be any use. Frustrated, he manages to deal a blow by doing serious explosive damage to the academy here. Seeking out a mando colony to find what he can, what else, but little turns up. Instead, he meets up with a gynoid named Ardee whom he reprograms and sets against her 'former' masters. His travels lead to thule, and his encounters with calliga and Siren.

Stryder is given the order to engage Karah Tos, far off in the Hylian way. Prepping Ritt for privateer work, the discussion also proves to show that the replacements for the lost pilots hadn't come in. In reluctance, Aurora is given her chance to fly with the infamous squadron. Ritt, in his whirlwind emotions from losing members (plus somewhat distracted by Aurora's looks) manages to get used to the idea, and teaches her the basics, and how to use her seikuken. Stryder uses mercinaries to cripple, then take Sullust.

Sith Loyalists- Nakara lands on Roon, watching as his plan to engage the Mandalorians against the Sith come to fruition. By humiliating Ung, he has also managed to secure the loyalty of a Gen'dai by the name of Durge and his master, Jaing. A successful cybernetic surgery finishes just in time to be ambushed by Ung's elite, mortally wounding Jaing, but enraging Durge to wipe the group out. With the lab destroyed in the attack, Nakara plants clues to incriminate the sith, as though the mandos were attacked, hoping the bait to engage in a full on war between the two factions spurs. After dismissing Pash, he takes Shisstal to Umbara, and begins training this 'apprentice'. Meanwhile, he sets up the fall of another system, three in fact, and hires Cene for a job, and sends Durge out to help give the lady some competition. Kawaii returns, tempting Nakara with a duckie, before being sent to Talofan to aid Maliss. He discusses with Cene the next part of his agenda: a great competition.

The Lady Maliss is tested on Ruusan, while Nakara waits for his insane dupe to go off. She passes his trial by kicking Kawaii off the cliff to make the dark lord laugh, and is sent to Karah Tos on Talofan to learn the ways of personal combat. She struggles, but manages to succeed in her first major battle on Verisin. She returns with a coup against Karah, and takes his empire for herself, and consequently Cyberneticus.

Shisstal also arrives on Ruusan, as supposedly the 'new apprentice' for Nakara. Forced to wait for a long time, he is duped by Pash for a time, getting knocked out and going on a rampage before Nakara sends for the boy. The kid gets picked up in spite of Pash's attempt to impersonate him. He trains, and fights, but Nakara barely considers him any more than mediocre.

Siren and Calliga 'train' and 'train', dealing with minor problems until Pash arrives on the planet by accident. Siren is quickly dealt with, and Calliga quickly follows.

Neutral interest- Koren and Cene enjoy a good meal, before Cene heads to a contract, for an arkanian. Then she takes a contract from Nakara, to capture a governer and destabilize a system. Koren begins doing jobs for Stryder as a merc of his own.

Chapter 3
Jedi Loyalists- Stryder gets orders to head back to Coruscant, only to find the Senate has considered him no less than a traitor and slapping him in irons. The prison on Oovo IV doesn't hold him for long, as Koren busts his chops to win the Jedi back, and head for mandalorian space.

Pash and Ardee sign up for the Nakaran gauntlet. Disguised as an echani combatant, they start a fight to reduce competition. throughout the race, Pash and Cene duke it out, but Pash wins the space round, though there is still more to go.

Ritt and Aurora begin solidifying their connection to one another, as they make a pitstop at Sullust to find the Tett fleet heading back to Tett. Upon approaching Malastare, they get caught up in a space battle, ultimately losing despite their best efforts.

Sith Loyalists- Nakara, now that the deadline draws to the close, begins to open up his greatest gift to the galaxy, summoning over two hundred racers and fighters personally, not including underworld registrants, to compete in a gauntlet race of epic proportions. From Nar Shadda, the participants would have to fly to Toydaria, Ruusan's second moon, and Umbara to fly through cloaked rings, and move on to stage two of the racing. If things weren't hard enough, Ruusan was caught in the middle of a space battle, spicing things up. He also plans to head to Aquaris and Ord Mantell.

Maliss, now in command of Karah's fleet, begins to mobilize for war. Launching a sneak attack against Malastare, her original strategy of missle artillery pays off, effectively snagging a planet back from the republic.

Rook and her Dar'Manda take Lyra for Marr Silvertoungue, who debates with the sith council over his new offensive strategy. He quickly takes Yag'dhul, and Rook begins an attack against Balmorra in sabotage.

Neutral interest- Cene, having prepared for a month by hunting, heads to Nakara's beckoning call, despite her better judgements. After a night in her ship, she participates in the race, coming in second to the 'echani'

Onslaught of the Empire RP Summary

General Information: This RP was the first major one since a long hiatus made on the guild. It featured quite a few new things, such as a GM crew instead of one major decision factor, and a completely experimental revamped form of character profiles meant to help with balancing issues encountered in the past and relative "fairness" between players. It also was a rather ambitious project, too, considering it's planning was to cover nearly two decades of total RP time, as well as a system to help measure the entire transition of a long war and character evolution.

The plot was conceived as the Bioware game, The Old Republic, came out. Deciding to make an RP based upon the events leading up to, at the point at which this summary is being written, one of the biggest mmo releases ever. We started in 3681 BBY, at the very beginning when the sith entered Republic space, and began an onslaught which would terrorize the entire galaxy. This RP, as do most rps, takes account for Alternate Timelines, and thus, several key dates have been modified to fit the plot.

Chapter 1 - 20 Days since First Contact
First contact, the day when the sith armada entered republic space, and destroyed the emissaries there to greet them, marks the beginning of what will become a great war. Striking from the hidden planet of Dromund Kaas, the Sith easily overwhelm the forces at Korriban, while they begin to make a foothold in the Tingle Arm.

Jian Yamamura, young Knight-errant of the Jedi order, has been diverted to Ruuria, an insectoid planet which the Republic seeks to establish as a front to launch a counter-strike on the aggressive Sith Empire. Unbeknownst to him, the planet, as well as the surrounding systems, have already fallen to the Sith and have been used as bait to draw in more Republic forces to fall before the might of the empire.

Darth Cinn, Juggernaut of the Sith, proceeds to pilfer the records of the Scholastic Colony upon the planet of Ruuria, before destroying it entirely. Attempting to seek knowledge of an ancient artifact, he lacks the knowledge regarding a Jedi touchdown on planet. Conversely, the Lady Ilya Nightwind is more than aware of the Republic's ambassador, and begins to recruit her forces to impede Jian's progress by any means necessary.

Jian, whom is guided to a hotel after the state officials he was scheduled to meet postpone the appointment, begins to sense darkness following him. The unlikely arrival of the Jedi Dancer Danika only confirms the suspicions, as she follows him and gives him news of her own findings. As she leaves, however, a hunter by the name of Valkore Fraust tails her to the Cantina she dances at, and under the employ of the Sith, prepares to report his findings.

Ilya, alerted by the clan leaders of Jian's location, prepares an assault on his position. Sythica Ephese, a local trooper, is called in to assist with the actions, while Nova Vanis tracks the Jedi down independently. Jian, through use of clever wits and swift moves, manages to avoid the young adept through the hotel, letting his assailant bungle up the operations of Ilya. The Lady Nightwind isn't fooled, and as Sythica finishes the operation against the transport which brought Jian here, Nightwind traces the young Shadow to a cantina.

Filled to the brim with hunters with more brawn than brains, another young lady named Kira Dol, Mirialian Smuggler, assists Jian in making the bar believe that the bounty for Jedi backfire upon Nightwind, who's actions made her far more obvious as a force user on the backwater planet than the rather pacifistic actions of Jian. Incapacitating Ilya, Kira barters for a job from Jian to smuggle him offplanet, while he insists to have Danika come with him. Time runs short, however, as the sith begin to close in on the group.

Alyn Roc, Republic operative, busts up a sith warehouse, only to gain the furious glare of the Dark Lord Cinn, who chases him across the town and crashes the hovervehicle into the cantina which Danika is hidden at. Finding the chase boring, Cinn breaks off his attack, and despite the efforts of Valkore, proceeds to meet with Ilya, who shares the information of the planet's happenings to him. Jian, arriving after this, meets up with Danika, and heads to the Spaceport in disguise to smuggle himself, the jedi, and the republic sympathizers offplanet. Ilya by this time has assembled a special squad to prevent their escape, but a day late and a credit short, the republicans blast off up into space, leaving Ilya the mess to clean up and accepting Nova as an apprentice to train.

The Republic staging fleet, unaware of the dangers of a full sith blockade there to meet them, arrive and are badly hurt, as the smuggling ship escapes and blasts towards the evac point. Safely in the womb of hyperspace, Jian begins to learn to hide his signature from Danika, an important skill for any Shadow to know...

Chapter 2 - 34 Days since First Contact

Jian heads to Thule, sent by the Jedi council to uncover anything that may help to the sith's battle plans or any history that may have been left behind regarding the newfound invasion. Unbeknownst to him, Danika has also found herself working in a Thule cantina, and unknown to both, Cinn desires to test his skills in the ancient depths of the old Sith ruins.

Sythica transfers into Dagger Squad, a notorious low-grade commando squad that has been stationed in the Minos Cluster. Nightwind also transfers her newfound apprentice, Nova, into the squad for some battle training, as a multi-pronged attack strikes the cluster with hit-and-run battle tactics. While many fleets are successful in dealing some damage, an anti-pirate fleet stationed near Travnin lead by the Lepi commander Warren McJump, successfully strikes a unusually precise blow to the sith invading fleet, with little more than transports and a single frigate, shocking the commanders enough to fall back and regroup, buying time for the Minos Cluster. All is not entirely warranted as a totally successful defense, as Regellia falls with Dagger Squad's assault.

Jian investigates the Sith Temple on Thule, investigating what appears to be a rather unusual dig site, when Cinn's Acolytes, sent ahead of him, jump the Jedi. Jian is entirely prepared, however, letting the young sith wannabes damage themselves more than the jedi, and proceeds down into the catacombs. Within the Tomb of Lord Kosan, Jian unlocks a chamber with a battle hydra within, facing off with it and defeating it soundly, only to face off against Cinn, who has been hot on the Jedi's heels. The two square off, as Jian barely escapes with his life and several artifacts by bringing the entire cave down upon Cinn's head, unknowning that Danika has already been captured by the Dark Lord.

Elsewhere in the Minos Cluster, Kyber Strife enters into the story chasing down his past for a sith lord that slew his master. Ambassador Thessya, on Travnin during the sith raid, heads to an outpost to report back to the Senate, while Caiser Adonexus talks a bit with the defected sith operative. Kira sits in a bar, waiting for her next job...

Chapter 3

Warren McJump rescues a slave ship. Jian is tasked with the mission of finding Danika. Using a stolen slave vessel the pair sneak into a sith hosted party.

Cinn invades the world of Nabrilldor, adding one more planet to the sith
holdings. Danika is beholden to him as his slave.

Kira relates the events which have happened to her in a cantina and the theft of Captain Ferrel's riches.

Nightwind and Nova prepare to follow the path of Revan. This means heading to Taris, but their plans are waylaid by the party hosted by cinn.

Introducing Qaina, chasing a bounty on Yelsain. After a frantic chase after the pilot gets away, the ship is shot down and Qaina does her best to secure her prey.

Kyber and Caiser are on Yelsain, hunting the sith Krosis.

Sythica begins by boarding a transport in space bound for Pergitor. She is forced to scuttle the ship but this leads to the jungle planet.
