With so many and i mean many guys to choose form who do you think its the best for Anita. I think Jean-Claude because he and Anita go way back and I think have the most deeper relationship.I think they make the best couple.Although there is Micah and he's second best because of Anita and his metaphysical connection. Also Richard and Anita are good when he isn't acting like an a**.Anyone esle just doesn't seem right in the long term. What do you think? confused

I'd have to agree with Jean-Claude being the right man for her- he pretty much knows how to handle her and they have quite the history together. My other thought would be Damien, but the only reason I'd take that back is because I think Anita needs someone to 'put her in her place'. (I mean, someone to stand up to her- at least equally.) I don't think Damien could do that, considering their positions.

I've got to say, Richard.
If she had to choose, Richard is the one who truly is in love with her. And she'd never forgive herself for not ending up with him.
But ideally? Jean-Claude AND Richard. Gawd DAMN! Just have the menage-a-trois already! XD They all are close, and even though Richard isn't bi, he is attracted via the triumvirate.
Or, if those two get too obnoxious? Psht. Ditch 'em both and just be with Jason. Totally my third choice. Jason can cheer her up, handle her, and really does seem to love her more than just a woman to sex up. He is one of the closest friends he has, and she needs that in a lover.

Yes a menage-a-trois between a Anita,Jean-Claude, and Richard would be awesome!I'm with you all the way.

God, this is such a difficult question to answer. I think with each of the books there was one point where I thought a one of the men in Anita's life was perfect for her but with each new book my views on the guys change. One minute Jean-Claude is perfect, the next I think it's Nathaniel, ect. Though I have managed to narrow it down to three.
1) Jean-Claude-as stated above he knows how to handle Anita and seems to be the most compliant with her but at the same time he definitely played a part in her life where she's had the s**t hit the fan b/c he made her his human servant.
2) Micah- he's great for getting along with, but therein is the problem, he never opposes her or makes a push for what he wants, which Anita needs if she's to work through some of the issues in her life.
3) Nathaniel-god I love him and he certainly worships the ground she walks on but needs a little more backbone, he's gotten more confident over time but he may push Anita away with that confidence at the same time. (Read the Harlequin to understand)
As for the other men in Anita's life well either they have serious issues of there own (Asher, Richard) or there just isn't enough info on them to form a fair judgement (Jason, Damien, who did I miss?)

♥ ♥ ♥ I honestly believe Anita needs to stick with Jean-Claude AND Micah. Maybe it's also personal bias because I can't stand Richard, but I think he has too much baggage to sort through. Also, Jean-Claude and Micah accept that they are "monsters" and that day by day Anita becomes more like them. They also tend to have better control over situations and how they deal with their own powers.

I'm sure I'll get a lot of backlash from this but I think Anita and Edward should couple together.
yes I know anita thinks more of edward as a brotherly figure but come on, the ones who declair that they will test each other to see some day who is the "best"... I think that fight should be to see who's better in bed.
yes I like edward, not only is he effing beautiful, but his take charge, get it done man, attitude is something I appreciate in a man.

I think Micah is the right man for Anita. But i think Anita should be with Jean-Claude. But i'm quite happy with who Anita is with (guy wise) at the moment.

@ Pink Haired Pirate; if Edward and Anita ever, EVER, hookup.. I'm quitting the series for good. They're partners-in-crime, not bunk buddies. NEVER bunk buddies. My opinion.
On topic; of the men she has on the go atm, Jean Claude. He's the closest of her regular ******** buddies that can actually speak his mind without her going completely ballistic, or make her go ballistic the fastest. Otherwise, Jason. Reason: Jason has the bluntness down pat (and she doesn't get snarky about it when he does it), he can always get her to laugh or smile, he's not effected by the whole "she likes to put herself into dangerous situations" lark, and he's still willing to put himself on the line if needs be.

Michah's far too easy. It seems lately she credits their relationship to metaphysics more than true love.
Richard's far too hard. He's her own little version of "one drink too many". Tastes good while it's going down but thirty minutes later you always feel you shouldn't have had it.
Nathaniel isn't up for it. It seems Anita is realizing she loves him for real as the books go on but I don't think he's quite her type. They're both far too needy and two different ways.
Edward is strictly off limits. I agree with Fenris there 100%.
Everyone else, with the exception of one (Jason, who I think should remain free of her claws almost for the same reasons I think Edward should), is too whiny.
So yea, I pick Jean-Claude. He's master for a reason and I think he'd be the only capable of dealing with her and her short comings. Besides that I think she loves him most of all. He's about the only one she isn't constantly bitching about too..
If all else fails she could always do Ronnie rolleyes

I almost hate myself for saying it, but Edward for sure. People say Jean-Claude because he knows Anita best or because he can handle her. I would agree except that Edward does too. I've only read up to Narcisus in Chains, but even that far Anita still has hold backs that vampires should be off limits. I don't know if she ever out grows that feeling, but from thus far into the series, I'd have to say Edward. I'm confident to say though, that they will never be together. So in the end I'd have to agree to Jean-Claude.
