when you're fighting the boss called ifrit on sonic and the secret rings, keep your jumps long and high so you can avoid loosing all your rings. also don't slow down! i lost alot of the rings in the battle because i slowed down to try and pick up the rings i passed. i think it's just a little bit harder than the last boss you fought.
