Love at His Fingertips
Chapter 1
------
Naruto had never been a particularly bright boy. He made foolish, perverted jutsu; he pranked the villagers constantly; and his grades were horrifying. But people put up with him, most because they had to, but others put up with him because he had a good heart, and meant well (most of the time, anyway).
But sometimes he went too far.
“BRAT! COME BACK HERE SO I CAN HIT YOU!” screamed Tsunade, flames of fury dancing wildly around her entire body.
Naruto laughed and ran as fast as he could. “YOU’LL NEVER CATCH ME, TSUNADE-NO-BAACHAN!” Naruto yelled back, his hands clutching a bucket tightly. Inside the bucket was a bright orange stain, showing what it had held before.
If that didn’t give you a hint of what he did, you simply had to take a glimpse at Tsunade’s office.
The entire room was covered in bright orange paint.
It coated the walls. It coated the ceiling. It coated the floor. It coated every nook and cranny, every paper, every bit of furniture; heck, it coated Tsunade’s sake glass.
And Tsunade was mad.
Very, very mad.
Naruto ran down the halls laughing like a maniac. Unfortunately for him, Tsunade, being Hokage, was obviously much, much faster.
She sped down the halls so quickly the carpet caught fire. Naruto dared a quick glance over his shoulder and, seeing Tsunade catching up, panicked.
Oh s***! Naruto thought, turning around just in time to see he had been ran into a corner. He slowly looked over his shoulder, looking into the angry eyes of a huffing and puffing Tsunade.
“Brat…” she said, sounding very annoyed.
“Y-yes?”
“I’m gonna make your life a living hell!” she said, making a hand sign Naruto didn’t recognize.
“HADAZAWARI TOUHOU-NO-JUTSU!!” she yelled, a gigantic mass of chakra swirling around her body. She then focused the huge amount of chakra in her fingertips annnddd…
…poked him on the forehead.
But, with Tsunade’s strength, Naruto still flew through the wall.
“WHAT DID YOU DO?!?” he yelled to her as he flew through the concrete.
“YOU’LL FIND OUT!” she yelled back, wiping imaginary dust off her hands as she stomped off to her office.
“I need to get some ANBU to clean this up…”

Naruto awoke with a large bump on his head and a headache the size of the Hokage Monument.
“Owww…”
He looked around, finding himself somewhere near the training grounds. No one seemed to be there right then.
“Ugh… I wonder what Tsunade-no-baachan did to me anyways…”
He looked up when he heard someone calling his name.
“Narutooo! What are you doin’ being all lazy? Keep that up, and I could kick your a** any day!” said Kiba, waving. Akamaru barked in happiness at his master’s antics.
Naruto jumped up angrily, his headache gone. “EH?!? NOT TRUE! I kicked your a** before, I can do it again!”
Kiba laughed. “There’s no way! You just got lucky before, that’s all! I bet if we spar right now, me and Akamaru will beat you for sure!” As he gloated about his ‘superiority’, Hinata and Shino ran up.
“K-kiba-kun! There you are!” Hinata said shyly, running up to the dog boy. She blushed slightly when she saw Naruto. “Hello, N-naruto-kun..”
Shino said nothing.
“Hi, Hinata-chan!” said Naruto happily, forgetting the fight momentarily. “Hello, Shino!”
Shino said nothing.
“OI! Don’t forget, we’re not finished here!” Kiba yelled, and Akamaru barked angrily.
Naruto turned to him. “Oh yeah! I’M TOTALLY GONNA KICK YOUR a**, DOG BOY!”
“BRING IT!”
Hinata looked between the two, a little worried. But she sighed and just gave up as they got into positions at the opposite sides of the field.
Hinata and Shino sat underneath the shade of a tree as Kiba and Naruto insulted each other.
“You ready, dog breath?!?”
“Yeah, ready to beat you down into the ground!”
“YOU WISH!”
Hinata sighed. “Don’t you wish they would stop fighting, Shino-kun?”
Shino said nothing.
Naruto reached into his back pocket and grabbed a kunai. The sudden movement alerted Kiba, and he charged, grinning madly. He launched a punch, but Naruto dodged and threw a kunai at Kiba, who dodged it as well. Kiba launched another punch, and this time, although Naruto managed to avoid any damage, Kiba’s fist brushed Naruto’s face.
Kiba suddenly stopped. The simple touch had sent a sensation down his spine he had never felt before. His vision grew fuzzy… His heart was beating faster… His vision was suddenly filled with roses and daisies and other flowers that he didn’t know the name of all encircling the face of the blonde idiot in front of him. And to Kiba, a blonde idiot had never looked so good.
“Uhh… Kiba? You okay, dattebayo?” Naruto said, fight forgotten when he saw the strange look in Kiba’s eyes.
“Naru-chan…” Kiba said dazedly, so softly Naruto didn’t really hear it at first.
“Eh?”
Kiba smiled a goofy lovesick smile and raised his hand towards Naruto’s face. “Have you always been this beautiful, Naru-chan?”
“Eh… EH?!?” Naruto yelled, jumping away from the apparently insane boy.
Hinata gasped. Shino twitched. And Naruto was seriously freaked out.
“D-dog breath, you’ve hit your head or something!” said Naruto, trying to provide an explanation for Kiba’s sudden strangeness.
“No… No… I’ve never been so certain of something in all my life… I’m thinking right for the first time…” Kiba said, still wearing a goofy smile on his face. Akamaru barked, worried.
“W-we need to get you to Tsunade-no-baachan, Dog Breath… You’re sick in the head!” Naruto said quickly, getting very nervous.
Before Naruto could do anything, Kiba grabbed him and squeezed him tight against his chest. “Noo~ I just wanna be here with you, my darling Naru-chan…”
“EH?!?” Naruto yelled, trying to get free. Hinata and Shino rushed over, trying to get them apart. Hinata pulled Kiba away, who protested. “Nooo… Don’t take me away from Naru-chan…”
Shino pulled Naruto away by the wrist. At the touch, Shino felt very strange. “Naru-chan, I don’t know how I didn’t notice it before, but you are the most beautiful creature on this earth! Your loveliness surpasses that of the most beautiful and elegant butterfly. Please, be mine, and I shall love you forever! The moon and the sun and the stars will be ours for the taking as we go on our magnificent journey of love and fulfill-“ His speech of love and devotion was cut off by a fist to the head. Naruto turned, horror-struck, to a very angry Kiba.
“DON’T YOU DARE TOUCH MY NARU-CHAN!!” Kiba yelled, ferocious. Naruto backed up, surprised. He was even more surprised when he felt fur against is leg.
Naruto looked down in horror to see Akamaru. And Akamaru had a very strange look in his eyes.
Kiba and Shino quarreled as Hinata tried to calm them down, all three not noticing Naruto’s desperate attempt to keep Akamaru away.
“DOWN BOY! AHH!” Naruto yelled frantically as Akamaru tried to get close enough to smother Naruto’s face with kisses. Kiba turned at the commotion and gasped.
“AKAMARU! YOU TOO!” he yelled, his attention diverted from the fight with Shino. Shino took advantage of the moment and punched Kiba in the head.
“NARU-CHAN’S MINE!” Shino yelled.
Naruto managed to get Akamaru down for a second. “I’m outta here, dattebayo!”
As he jumped into the tree, the two lovesick guys and the lovesick dog ran to the bottom of the tree, forgetting they could go after him.
“NOOOO! COME BACK, MY BEAUTIFUL NARU-CHAN!” Kiba yelled after him.
Akamaru barked.
“NO! HE’S MINE!” Kiba yelled at the dog.
As the two quarreled, Hinata sighed and sat down, trying to figure out what just happened.
Shino said nothing.

Love at His Fingertips
Chapter 2

Naruto panted as he jumped from tree to tree, coming close to the end of the long line of forest.
“Well, at least I lost them,” he said, jumping down from the final tree. He landed safely and began to run across the field he was in.
"I need to talk to Tsunade-obaacha-AAA!" he yelled, tripping over something.
He rubbed his head in pain, pushing himself up. "Owww..." He looked at what he had tripped over, and found it was a foot, with a shoe covering it, like shoes tend to do. He looked down and followed the leg attached to the foot, eventually coming to the face, which was the face of Shikamaru, glaring at him in an angry and bored way.
"Naruto, don't you have someone else to bother?" he asked lazily, moving his foot away from Naruto.
Naruto laughed nervously. "Hehe... Sorry, Shikamaru, I didn't see you... I'm in a big hurry. Shino and Kiba were acting strange."
Shikamaru grinned. "Aren't they always?
Naruto laughed. "Ha! Yeah. But I mean REALLY weird. They just... well... I don't want to tell you."
Shikamaru sighed, sat up, and stretched. "Good. I don't want to know."
Naruto turned to him angrily and pouted. "Thanks, Shikamaru. You're a real friend."
Shikamaru stared at him, bored. "And you're a real p***y. Put that pout back, you look like an ugly girl."
Naruto stopped pouting, but only to stick his tongue put at the lazy boy. Shikamaru chuckled and slowly got up.
Naruto grinned. "Wow. It moves!"
Shikamaru glared at him. "Shut up." He stuck out a hand to Naruto.
Naruto stared at it, and then at Shikamaru. "What are you doing?"
Shikamaru grinned. "Helping you up. Isn't that what gentlemen do for ladies, even ones that aren't very attractive?"
Naruto pouted again, grabbing the hand. "I hate you."
At the touch, Shikamaru began to feel funny. He suddenly got motivated. He wasn't tired. He felt the need to go out and do things, things that are IMPORTANT. But he couldn't do those things right now, because the most beautiful creature on the face of the Earth had just appeared before him, and before he could do anything, anything at all, he knew he had to win the hand of this lovely person. For the first time in his life, a lovesick smile was on his face, and it wouldn't go away.
Naruto watched Shikamaru as all this happened, and began to slowly comprehend things in his mind.
I touched him. Kiba began acting weird when we touched, Shino acted weird when we touched, Akamaru acted weird when we touched. And Shikamaru and I are holding hands at this very moment.
Naruto, you ARE an idiot.
Shikamaru's silly smile didn't wipe off his face as he placed both of his hands on Naruto's outstretched hand. "My dear, please, explain to me why I have never seen such a face so pure and lovely, when you have been before me this whole time; my love, my bird, my rubie jewel, explain to me this; how can a beauty such as yourself go unnoticed for such a time? The universe should not work this way, for your beauty should be noticed by everyone around you; you are a goddess among mere mortals, and I wish to know; will you allow a mortal to have your love, despite the differance in rank? I know that, somehow, we can make it so; I just need your acceptance, oh lovely one!"
At this point, Naruto was close to throwing up. He had thought Shino was bad, but Shikamaru had it worse. It was a bad case of out-of-character syndrome or something, because this was RIDICULOUS.
Shikamaru let one hand let go of Naruto's for a moment to try and stroke his whiskered cheek. Naruto took the opportunity of a loosened grip to bolt.
Naruto felt puke rise to his mouth. That was... :gulp: ugh... disturbing...
Shikamaru's smile fell from sadness. "NO! MY CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY! COME BACK!"
Naruto ran faster.

Meanwhile, Tsunade was watching from her crystal ball.
"Oh-ho-ho... That's definitely blackmail for later..." she said evilly, grinning madly. "This is even more fun than I had expected."
She popped the tape recording of Shikamaru reciting his speech of love out of the vcr and held it up to her face.
"Shikamaru, you're never refusing teacher duty again."

When trees came back into view, Naruto stopped and rested against one of them, trying to get his sickness under control. He shuddered.
"Chocolate-covered strawberry?!? Tsunade-obaachan is SO dead..." he said, sliding down the tree trunk.
"Hey Naruto!" "GAH!"
Naruto clutched at his heart, trying to calm himself. He looked over at the one who had spoken to him, and was surprised to see Choji standing there, mometarily pausing in his chip-munching to stare at Naruto, confused.
"You alright?" he asked, munching another chip.
Naruto thought about Shikamaru's speech, and nearly barfed again. Horror came over his face.
Don't touch Choji... Don't touch Choji... he reminded himself, not wanting another 'Shakespeare' on his hands. "Oh, hey, Choji! Yeah, I'm fine!" he said nervously, scratching the back of his head.
Choji chomped down another chip. "Are you sure? You look like you ate something rotton..."
Naruto shook his head quickly. "No, no, I'm fine! Really! Now, if you'll excuse me, I really must be going..." he said, starting to get up.
"YIP!" Oh... no.
Choji looked out to see Shino, Kiba, Akamaru and Shikamaru running to Naruto, all arguing on the way to them. "Naruto, did you play a prank on everybody again?"
"GAH!" Naruto shrieked, getting up more quickly. "No time to explain! Choji, STALL!" he yelled, running away as fast as he could. Choji watched him go, confused.
"Weird..." "OI!"
Choji turned to see the three guys (and... dog) standing in front of him, panting. All had weird looks in their eyes, and they seemed to radiate some flowery scent. Kiba cleared his throat. "Which way did he go?"
Choji shrugged. "I dunno. Why, what did he do?"
Kiba sighed, but it was a very strange sigh... It sounded... wistful. Choji almost spit out his chips in shock and disgust. "Nothing, really... Besides his radiating beauty and innocence and cuteness, he did nothing at all."
Now Choji really DID spit out his chips in shock and disgust.
Shino glared at Kiba from behind his sunglasses. "Don't get your hopes up! Naru-chan is MINE!"
The four began bickering, and Choji fainted.
Naruto ran like hell.

Chapter 3

Naruto ran and ran and ran until he was all the way on the other side of Konoha.
Once there, he sat down against the wall of a small shop, exhausted despite his incredible stamina. NEVER had he been so tired!
"Hey Naruto!" "GAAAAAHHHHHHHH!"
Naruto clutched at his chest, afraid he was about to have a heart-attack. Sakura gave him a weird look. "Umm... You okay?"
He looked up at her, relieved. "Oh, Sakura-chan!" He grinned. "Well, I am now that you're here!"
Sakura glared at him. "Whatever. Can you get up?"
Naruto tried and failed. He gave Sakura a sheepish grin, who sighed.
"Alright, alright, I'll help you up... Geez, you can't even stand by yourself..." She offered a hand to him, which he stared at for a moment.
Sakura-chan... If I touch her... Will she fall in love with me? Will SHE obsess over me? Tsunade-obaachan, I hope this curse is also a gift...
He reached for her hand slowly, his heart pounding. He felt sweat slide down his face in his own nervousness as he was slowly lifted into the air. Time seemed to stand still as his heart thumped...
ba-bum, ba-bum, ba-bum...
Nothing happened.
Naruto's head fell in defeat as Sakura did nothing. "Mannnnn~... Life isn't fair dattebayo..."
Sakura glared at him. "NOW what?"
He looked up at her, aware he had said that aloud. He waved his hands around nervously in his own defense. "N-n-nothing, S-Sakura-chan! Haha!!"
She obviously wasn't convinced. "Naruto... what did you do?"
"Nothing at a--AAAH!" Naruto yelped as Lee appeared out of nowhere, wrapping his arm around Naruto's shoulders.
"YOSH! SAKURA-SAN! NARUTO-KUN! HOW ARE--" Lee paused as he felt a tingle go through his arm. He looked down at Naruto.
Hearts appeared in his eyes as he grabbed Naruto's hands in his. "YOSH! NARUTO-KUN! PLEASE BE MY GIRLFRIEND! I mean, boyfriend..."
Naruto panicked. "NANI?!?!? OF COURSE NOT, DATTEBAYO!!"
Lee was suddenly pulled away, Sakura replacing him, fire of anger blazing around her. "NARUTO-BAKA! WHAT DID YOU DO TO LEE-SAN?!???!?"
"GAH! NOTHING! I DID NOTHING!!!" he screeched, afraid. He braced yourself for a punch to the head, but was surprised when Lee caught Sakura's fist.
He was glaring at her. "Sakura-san! I shall admit I had feelings for you in the past, but you cannot hurt Naruto-kun when my feelings go from you to him! It is not youthful!"
Sakura's eye twitched, her mouth agape. "N-nani?"
Although he was grateful to Lee for stopping Sakura, he was making a scene. "Um, uh, Lee, would you mind not... um... talking like that in public..."
Lee flipped around, his eyes shining. "Naruto-kun! Did she hurt you?"
Now Naruto's eye twitched. "Eh? Um... n-no, dattebayo..."
Lee leaned in to him. "Are you sure? I would hate it if she hurt you! If anyone hurt you!"
People around them were definitely staring by now. A few had expressions that clearly read: 'WTF?!?!?!?!?'
"Uh, Lee... She didn't even touch me..."
"ACK!" "OH, THANK GOODNESS! I'M SO GLAD!" Lee had pulled Naruto into a fierce hug, tears rolling down his cheeks like waterfalls. Naruto was twiching horribly now. This was even freakier than the others.
"OI! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!?" Speaking of the others...
Lee, Naruto and Sakura turned to see Kiba, Shikamaru, Shino and Akamaru all standing in the middle of the street angrily, all of them badly bruised. Kiba shook his fist at Lee. "LET NARU-CHAN GO! WE SAW HIM FIRST!!"
Sakura slowly turned her head to Naruto, disgusted. "N-naru-chan??"
Lee glared back at all of them. "WHAT! Naruto-kun is not something to be claimed! He is a free and youthful spirit! Besides, he's MINE!"
"RELEASE THE FAIR ONE!" Shikamaru yelled at him, holding a red rose in his hand.
"NARU-CHAN, COME TO ME! WE SHALL SOAR THE HEAVENS!" Shino begged.
"NARU-CHAAAAAN!" Kiba whined.
"ARF!"
Sakura, still disgusted, a look of pure horror on her face, asked, "Naruto... what did you do?"
"It's a long story..."
Suddenly, Lee scooped Naruto into his arms. "Don't worry Naruto-kun! I shall protect you!"
"N-NANI?!?" Naruto shrieked as Lee leapt into the air, clutching the other boy's green spandex tightly in fear. "GAAA! LET ME DOWN DATTEBAYOOOOOooooooo..."
The three ninja and Akamaru watched as they seemed to fly away into nothingness. Sakura fainted.

Love at His Fingertips
Chapter 4

The last time we saw our hero, he was flying through the sky in Lee’s arms. Will Lee win Naruto’s heart? Will the others beat Lee into a pulp before he can? Will Naruto get out of this mess?
...Will they ever come back down again??!?
“LEE! I WANT TO BE ON THE GROUND! ON! THE! GROUND!!” Naruto screamed, tears falling from his eyes as they sped through the air.
Lee looked down calmly. “Hmm... I seem to have accidentally put too much power into my jump because of my youthful enthusiasm. Strange.”
All of a sudden, they stopped going up. They seemed to hover in the air, a bird around Lee’s head, screeching. Naruto had never been so confused.
...And then they fell.
“EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!” Naruto’s girlish shriek echoed throughout Konoha. Down on the ground, Kiba sighed wistfully.
“His shriek is so cute,” said the dog-boy dreamily.
Lee finally landed on the roof of a building, the impact silencing Naruto for the moment. Lee began to jump from building to building at lightning speed, ensuring their safety from Naruto’s other stalkers for a while.
Finally Lee landed in the middle of a large park Naruto hadn’t seen before. Lee let him down gently, making Naruto blush. He hadn’t been handled so kindly before.
Unfortunately, that didn’t last long. Lee quickly grabbed Naruto’s hands again, tears rolling down his cheeks in waterfalls. “NARUTO-KUN! I’M SO SORRY!”
Naruto’s eye twitched. “Uh... why?”
Lee sobbed over-dramatically. “You were screaming! I shouldn’t have gone so high!!”
Naruto was surprised. Even under the spell, he didn’t expect Lee to care so much about how he felt. It seemed like everyone else had just wanted him for themselves, and didn’t care if he got a bit scathed in the crossfire. It was actually really nice to have someone care, even if it was Lee...
...Wait a minute... This is LEE!!
Naruto pulled his hands out of Lee’s quickly. “Um, Lee, I think you’re a bit confused right now. I’m okay, so you just go on home, alright?”
The waterfalls of tears stopped, little ones remaining in Lee’s odd-looking eyes. Lee sniffled. “Huh?”
Naruto grinned nervously. “See? I’m fine. So, would you mind leaving, dattebayo?”
Lee nodded. “Yosh! I get it! I’ll stand guard!” He then ran off through the bushes to do so.
“WAIT! LEE! You don’t understa—oh, whatever.” Naruto sighed and sat down on the ground. “At least with Lee standing guard I can have some time to think over what I should do.”
About five minutes passed, and all Naruto could think of was going to Tsunade to beg her to reverse the jutsu. She caused this, she can do something about it! Right? Right!
Right?

Meanwhile, Tsunade was dying of laughter.
“HAHAHAHAHA :snort: HAHAHA! THIS IS RICH!” she cried, literally falling out of her seat.
---
Meanwhile, Shizune was outside of Tsunade’s office, shivering in her boots.
“Tsunade-sama is so scary...” she muttered, trembling. She felt sorry for whoever Tsunade was laughing at.
Hold on. Naruto!
Shizune ran into the room angrily. “Tsunade-sama, what did you do to Naruto?!?”
Tsunade looked up at Shizune from the floor innocently. “Naruto? Who said anything about Naruto?”
Shizune put her hands on her hips. “Don’t do that. I know you did something to him.”
Tsunade avoided looking at Shizune. “I didn’t do a thing.”
“LIAR! You’re so bad at lying! Why do you try?!?”
“HEY! I’m not THAT bad!”
“LIAR!”
“Okay, okay, so I did something to Naruto! SHEESH! He should be happy for the attention.”
Shizune stood in silence for a moment. “Oh my god. You didn’t.”
Tsunade grinned evilly. “I did.”
Shizune groaned, massaging her temples with her fists. “Tsunade, didn’t you learn anything from when you did that to Jiraiya?!?”
“Nope!”
“But you know what it does!!”
“Yep!”
Shizune groaned again, plopping down in a nearby chair. “Tsunade-sama, you’re going to be the death of Konoha some day... Or at least the death of Naruto.”
“Yep!”

I'm waiting for Kakashi and Sasuke...and Jiyaiya! XD I want more! NOW! I'll try and hurry it along, but that last chapter was written, like... yesterday. And I'm very lazy. It might take a little while, unfortunately. sweatdrop

Love at His Fingertips
Chapter 5

Naruto had finally decided. He was going to go to Tsunade and beg for forgiveness, so she would reverse the jutsu. It would be very demeaning, but as long as no one else was in the room, he would do it.
His ear twitched. Something was coming.
Naruto turned to where Lee was supposed to be. He seemed to be very alert, although he said 'Naruto-kun' rather wistfully every once in a while.
Naruto turned back around, completely missing Lee being tackled to the ground by Akamaru.
He stood up, not hearing the soft 'thump' Lee made when he hit the ground. He brushed himself off, and was about to yell at Lee that he was leaving, when he was hugged by behind.
"L-Lee?" he asked nervously, not wanting to turn around.
"Naru-chan..." the hugger purred him.
"AAAAGH!" Naruto quickly twisted out of the hug, turning around to find it was Kiba, who was obviously still madly in love with him. He backed away slowly. "Okay, this is getting really creepy, dattebayo..."
Shino, Shikamaru and Akamaru stepped through the bushes. They all seemed to be working together for now.
"This is bad," he said quietly, backing even farther away. He heard a poof from behind him and shrieked, turning around to punch whoever had appeared behind him. He didn't land a direct hit, but his fist grazed against the face of the person.
It was Kakashi-sensei.
"Oh sh*t," Naruto said squeakily.
Kakashi froze. Naruto was very, very freaked out. It was creepy enough with these guys, but a twenty-six year old man?!? Especially his teacher?
Kiba seemed to have a problem with this as well. "Hey, you! Step away from Naru-chan!! " he shouted angrily.
Kakashi looked up at Kiba. "Naru-chan?" He looked at Shikamaru, Shino, and Akamaru. "Naruto..."
Naruto gulped. What would he say?
Kakashi at last turned to him. "...what did you do?"
Naruto blinked. Huh?
Oh! The mask!
Naruto sighed in relief. "Kakashi-sensei, thank god you wear that mask..."
Kiba growled. "OI! I said, get away from Naru-chan!!"
Naruto looked back at his stalkers and then back to Kakashi. "Kakashi-sensei!! It's not my fault! Tsunade-obaachan did it!!"
Kakashi sighed. "Well, you seem to need help... Hop on my back. I run faster."
Naruto smiled gratefully. "Thank you, Kakashi-sensei!! But be sure to not touch my bare skin, that's what does it!!"
Kakashi nodded and turned around, and Naruto hopped on his back. Shikamaru seemed to realize how stupid it was that they were all just standing there.
"Yaaa!" he shouted, charging at Kakashi with a kunai. Before he could stapthe man, though, Kakashi had jumped into the trees and away.
Naruto looked back, nervous. "Ohhh... This is getting bad!"
"It wasn't already?" Kakashi said calmly. "So, what happened?"

Sasuke was bored. Training was canceled, Sakura had given up for the day, and Naruto was nowhere in sight. All these things were usually good, but he had finished training on his own and now he had nothing to do. He needed some excitement in his life.
Right after that thought, Kakashi sped by with Naruto on his back.
Sasuke turned to look at them and blinked, confused. Well, that was weird.
Right after that thought, Kiba, Shino, Shikamaru, and Akamaru sped by, obviously chasing Kakashi and Naruto.
Sasuke raised an eyebrow. That was even weirder.
Ignoring a nearby girl that was waving flirtatiously at him, Sasuke began to run after them. He managed to catch up and tried to talk to Shikamaru.
"What's going on?" he asked. Surely the genius would be able to tell him exactly what happened.
Shikamaru glared at him. "He is mine! Back off!" he shouted, punching Sasuke in the face.
Eyes wide, Sasuke flew back into a wall. WHAT THE HELL?!
He got up slowly. Maybe he should ask Kakashi.

Kakashi looked back. "It seems Sasuke is chasing us too. Should we let him catch up?"
Naruto shook his head wildly. "No!! Let him catch up on his own, just get me to Tsunade-obaachan's office!!"
Kakashi nodded and looked back in the direction they were running in.

Sasuke was mad. Darn it, Kakashi was running too fast! Now it looked like he was with these guys. All of which had yelled at him about how 'Naru-chan' was theirs. Weird.
Well, they seemed to be headed to the Hokage tower, anyway. He could catch them there and find out what the hell is going on.

Tsunade grinned. "Well, now. Sasuke seems to be a part of it too..."
Shizune groaned. "Tsunade-sama, why... why are you so..."
"...smart?" Tsunade smirked at her.
"...evil?" Shizune finished.
Tsunade sighed. "Well, now, Shizune, that's mean. I'm not evil, it's just a bit of discipline."
Shizune rolled her eyes. "You just never learn, do you?"
Tsunade smirked. "Nope!"
