There have been rumors of a second tv series, which continues the Inuyasha storyline, but under a slightly different name (i.e. Instead of Inuyasha: A Feudal Fairy Tale, it would be Inuyasha: followed by something different).
But I still hope they do , its not nice leaving an anime with so many un-answered questions. I mean for all the animes i've watched , Inuyasha was the best at making filler episodes.
One of the reasons they stopped it was because the anime was catching up with the manga. They could've so easily pasued the anime or replaced it in japan on the channel it aired on with something else for a while. Instead of just stopping the whole series.
Naruto's just getting so boring , I wish for inuyasha to come back. It was so good. Naruto= Profit marketing anime. DD=
But its already been like 4 years. Ya never know DD= What do you think? Post your suggestions

I hate to say this but it really does need to come to an end BUT after they do like another season or like a movie like they did with Full Metal... so all those unanswered questions are answered (and when inuyasha gets married whee xd )

Well actually to tell you the truth I dont think they are. What happened was money troubles. They were producing way to fast, and fans along with the merchandise wasnt getting bought fast enough. They lost money and they had to cut it short, thats about sums everything up. That could explain that fast, and if u dont me saying, the shitty ending.

Im putting an end to this thread right now. They have RECENTLY RELEASED A PILOT for a new series. 5 EPS came out here about 2 weeks ago, but they still may not make anymore. These eps were released here in Tokyo in hopes of finding people who were still interested. Cross your fingers.

the money reason makes sense, but they should pick it up now, cause of it bein gone for this time.....im sure that they will make profit from it

They should make new episodes considering the horrible 'ending' they did, but than Adult Swim would probably have a meantle breakdown if they did.
Fortunatly though the manga continues up till 50 something.

I keep up with the manga and Inuyasha new from Japan, if it was released I would of known about when they first made the announcement. If it was released two weeks ago it would be subbed, discussed, on youtube, and there would be caps floating around. Plus it be posted on Inuyasha information from Japan which is probably one of the most reliable sources for Inuyasha news.

my boyfriend has been telling me that in about a month?(i think he said that long) there is going to be more episodes.. but he could be wrong, but most likely not cuz his brother is saying the same thing and they are big on info when it comes to anime shows.
