I've had this problem, and I've had it for a long time. For the cactuar mission, you have to find all the cactuars and basically return them to Bikanel Island and I've always been able to find the ones that you are able to get in Chapter 3. However, after that I can't find the 6th or 7th (or whatever number it is) one. I've read the guide. I've asked people. I've looked it up on cheatcc.com, and none of them have really helped.
When I had my guide (someone stole it from me) the picture showed the cactuar being on that little hill that you get on, after you jump into the trees, in Kilika, when the forest is burning. The only problem is, I can't get back up there! Does anyone know where it is? Am I just looking in the wrong place? Somebody please help!

Ooh... I'm really sorry; I don't remember that part very well, but try www.gamefaqs.com. They usually have the best guides.

You go to the right and stand near all the trees till you see the circle and jumo up ^^

Kesava92 You go to the right and stand near all the trees till you see the circle and jumo up ^^ To be exact its at the bottom right of of the mini map. There is a tree located at the bottom right of the map. It will tell you "O to jump up" when you are in front of the tree.

First cactuar: Lobivia. At the Oasis (here in Bikanel).
Second cactuar: Toumeya. On the beach of Besaid Island.
Third cactuar: Lobeir. Ormi's room in Leblanc's Chateau.
Fourth and fifth cactuar: Areg & Arroja. In the northern part of the Calm
Lands, before entering Mount Gagazet.
Sixth cactuar: Islaya. Near the ninth tower in Thunder plains (just south of
it).
Seventh cactuar: Chiapa. In Kilika Wood on the east path at the second
intersection, search for a tree that can be climbed to reach an upper level.
Eight cactuar: Erio. On the snowy trail in the area south of the summit in
Mount Gagazet (where you fought Seymour Flux in FFX).
Ninth cactuar: Bartschella. In Dona's hut (Kilika Island).(borrowed from Blackestmage, 2007)
tenth is in cactuar village
i think u have to wait for chapter 4 or 5 to get the rest of them

Yeah, the cactuar is on the bottom right corner of the map. That is after you press the circle button to get up on the ledge
