Say you are starting out as a chuunin. Your level is 10 and stuff like Strength and Dexterity you can distribute points to yourself >.> But please don't forget the stat cap, which is 100!!
For Hp the formula is simple, it is just [10 + con mod] x level ^_^
The Cp formula is simple, [3 + chk mod] x level.
Skill points as well, are int mod x level. Incidentally, we have a skill cap, which is [your level x 20].
Basically everything is x level.
