☻☻I'm looking for some tips on vending the sealed envelopes
When are the best times to buy and sell the envelopes before you can open them
And is it a good idea to buy sealeds and then keep them until the 15th,
then open and sell the items?

its better to sell the envelopes the day before they open

What I suggest is that you get at least two to three sealeds a month if possible. When the fifteenth rolls around and you don't like the items, horde at least one sealed and sell the other two at random moments. Everyone and their mules will be selling sealeds on or around the fifteenth, so be careful on that.
Seriously though -- if you don't like the items, it's best to keep the letter unopened because eight out of ten times the letter will be worth more then the items themselves.

Gotta agree with everyone else.Sell them early and it's extra gold.If I like the item in the envolope I buy it at the end of the month cause thats when they're cheap....

I'm just wondering when's the best time to sell them that I would make the most gold

it gets more expencive toward the middle of the month, so I'd sell them then... though if your getting 40 a month... I'd sell 20 and keep the rest for later... they only go up over time

Yeah, I agree with everyone, too. You should totally keep a few in your suitcase so you can sell them a year from now or so. You'll get sooo much gold for them! 3nodding

I agree, it's good to buy a lot you can at the lowest price if you can. some days ago, I bought 13 sealed's for about +- 130k (well, 130.5k)
And I just sold today these 13 when they are unsealed. I won 5 to 5.5k per letter, which makes a total of 70453 gold of benefit smile
But well, I agree to always keep 10-20 letters, even if you can buy them anytime in future, it's cool to keep some
