When Sakura had long hair, she wore long sleeves. When Sakura got her hair cut, she wore no sleeves. I personally love the no sleeves look. It makes her look really strong and ninja-like.

She does have two outfiuts, one with sleeves and no sleeves. She just randomly changes, but ever since after Sasuke left, she's been wearing only the sleeveless.

yeah she does have two outfits. but short hair sakura still does wear the sleeves outfit occationally, but now as much. yeah i like the sleeveless look too ^_^

Well, ninjas have different outfits, but exact same style. I think it's later on in the season, in which she gets the sleeveless outfit! ^-^
