Sorcerer/ess

A sorcerer is a master of the dark magics. They use these magics by calling upon the destructive tendencies in the elements. The very basic spells are the ones that call upon worldly elements, like fire. The most powerful spells often come from the higher energies, like mind control and summoning (both partially derived from Lilithian).

Because dark spells are their to destroy (in one form or another), they are usually powered up by dark emotions and circumstances. For example, a large fire spell can be fueled by oppressive ambitions; and while a massive transport (or summon) spell can be empowered by greed. There is no one mix to it either.

Training Mage
A young mage learning the first steps of magic control. Usually limited to dark elemental magic. Most learn via a teacher, religious practice, or lots and lots of practice and talent.

Dark Priest
Capable of most elemental and some higher level spells. Usually casts spells via religious ritual.

Sorcerer
Capable of most dark spells and some summoning. Usually trains under a master, or lives in studious seclusion.

Summoner
Capable of summoner the most terrifying beasts and demons from the demonic realm. Often makes deals with powerful demons.

Necromancer
Capable of raising corpses from their slumber. Higher level ones can summon dead from other realm. Has control over ghosts equivalent to abilities of Pheonix Corps. Usually sacrifices something to gain the ability.

Spell types include:
Dark (destructive) Energy
Elemental Energy (Lightning, Fire, or Howling Winds)
Mind Control (dream manipulation, charm spells)
Summoning

Soldier/Standard Knight
(Proper/accurate rankings requested, not farmilar military rankings.

The foot soldiers of every army. These men do not have any remarkable abilities, but they are trained in the ways signature to each of their armies.
This is the class assigned to the vast majority of NPCs, especially in combat situations.

Difference between soldiers and knights:
Soldiers can be anyone from anywhere, as long as they are a registered citizen. They handle more of the foreign combat.
Knights are in charge of peace keeping among the civilians, and also personally guarding VIPs. A knight has to pass a special test, or else be recommend by someone in power, and usually has to be native to the clan itself.

Cadet/Squire
Training soldiers, usually young. Most live at or near an academy. Sometimes placed in real world experience situations(Combat, guard duty).

Private/Watchman
Where the soldiers go right after graduating from the academy. Once here, a man has to re-earn his wings all over again.

Corporal/Knights Assistant
The men that often follow the big impressive guys around on adventures. They usually do half the work and get half the credit.

Sergeant/Knight
The generic men that comes to save the day. Everyone is happy to see them today, no one will remember their names in a week.
Lieutenant/Second Knight
Men in charge of the troop when the guy in charge of the troop isn't there. Sometimes asked for advice by his peers.

Captian/First Knight
The captian is often in charge of individual operations. First Knight is put in charge of groups of knights and swears himself to whatever field/mission/task he is assigned for as long as that post exists(or until promotion).

ect...

General/High Knight
A man in charge of large portions of the army.
Great General/Arch Knight
This rank is only attained by a select few. Out of the two or three dozen to carry either rank, up to four men may be chosen between either category to lead each Clan's army.

Average weapon(s) based on clan:

Chini: Sword, Spear
Gale: Martial arts, knife, bomb/gas
Magneticas: Gun, spear, bomb, tazer
Yang: Various
Agua: Pole arm, long sword, ornate knife, arrow
Terre: Sword, martial arts, catapult

Priest/Priestess
Monks follow a similar set of requirements, except they focus on defending the weak instead of healing.

The religious keepers of each clan. The abilities of the priest differ from clan to clan, but they all share an oath to serve their respective deities.

Although priest refers to a religious keeper, the priest class is usually reserved for Ying priests, or similar light element worshipers. The priest is believed to be granted healing powers through great faith and service. Actually, the priest simply concentrates on the living energies around them and manipulates them in order sooth. Yings are the most potent healers.

Trainee Priest
A person going through the training stages of priesthood. They must go 730 consecutive days without sharing physical love before progressing to the next level.

Acolyte
A priest that has mastered his first set healing skills, and is assigned to various church duties, including teaching. To pass onto the next level, the priest must go 620 days without breaking a single religious law, (such as injuring another, for a Ying) and they must teach one basic lesson to a non-church member.

Missionary
A priest out to spread the message or mission of his particular religion. He often does this through way of deed. Thus, the missionary must go out into the world for 730 days to practice his skills.
To graduate from this level, the priest must do a minimum of 100 hours of community service, practice his skill at least three times a week on another person, and must convert a minimum three people to their religion. Throughout their entire mission, they are not aloud to have sex or harm another in anyway. ("Clean bodies and clean minds") Should they fail, they are sent back to training.

Bishop
A priest who has completed all his basic training and now dedicates his life to the church he serves. The Bishop often oversees the lessons going on around their church or temple. Most trainees come to them for guidance.

High Priestess/Arch Monk
The highest possible rank for a priestess or monk. The High Priestess and Arch Monk are the head of the church, and so there can only be one of each at a time. The Ying church has a lot of sway in various governments, so the two that hold this position are held in high regard. Because of the Mother figure made by Gaia, there can not be a male Priest leading the church; and High Priestess is slightly higher in power then Arch Monk.

(Fill in abilities later)

Most of this refers to the Holy Church of Ying, as opposed to an acolyte of the Temple of Aquis. They're just refered to by element.
"Wow, look at that Agua Priest bend the tide."

Super Heroes

Super Heroes are just people who have a) personally sworn to help the weak and b)become extra ordinary in one way or another. The person can be super by genes, gadgets, or godly blessing. Ceiling-painted-like-the-sky's the limit.
A prerequisite of being a superhero is to feel the need to help someone. To do otherwise would probably make you a Super Villian, which you could also play.
Most Super Heroes actually work outside the law.

Gadget User
Mostly citizens of Magnetico Lectricas. A gadget user becomes super through the use of careful training and very expensive suits. Think Batman.

Natural Superman
Men gifted with some form of ability. Flight, super strength, and incredible speed are all examples of natural born skills. However, it is very unusual to find more then two Super Abilites in one man.
Most of these Supermen are part Demon, God, or Otherworlder. (Demon Supermen could be part Arch Demon.)

The Mutated
Mutated Superheroes are men that gain their abilites through some sort of experiment, injection, exposure, or accident.
Men gifted in this manner are often bitter and strange, and so they may fall between the cracks of balance of good and evil.

Archer/Sniper

Archers and Snipers are both classes skilled in the art of projectiles.
They both focus on doing as much damage as quickly, and sometimes cleanly, as they possibly can. Most try to get more targets with fewer arrows/bullets.

Summer Camper/Pea Shooter
Men with basic know how of the weapon, but with little skill or aim.
Archers at this level will have trouble getting the arrow shot, and will often miss the mark.
Pea Shooters will often lack aim, and may not know how to reload.

Club Competitors/Gallery Shooters
Men who have learned how to handle the weapon well, but who are still learning the true mechanics and potential of the weapon.
Competitors be able to shoot off an arrow with power, but they may fall just short of the bull's eye.
Gallery Shooters will have decent aim, but they'll still be learning the required speed of the trade.

Trickshooters/Quickdraw
Men that have become both well aimed and swift with projectiles.
Trickshooters can string a bow and have it flying over city blocks worth in seconds flat, all with precision. They can even splice an arrow with their own.
A Quickdraw can aim to kill with their back turned, and also do so in seconds.

Marksman/Sniper
Men so skilled with projectiles that the weapon is like a second limb to them.
Marksmen, like Trickshooters, can cover a large amount of ground in a short amount of time. However, these men can string up multiple arrows and land them all right were he wants them. He can also shoot with full power in nearly any direction.
Snipers have excellent aim and hardly ever miss their targets. They can also shoot from very far away and often have very good eyesight. The ultimate goal of one is to not be seen, and, therefore, to use as few shots as possible to get the shot in.
