I'm writing a story about Etheric projection and I was wondering, what do people look like when you project? Do they have a body or do you not notice? Is it like normal, you notice what they're wearing, etc?

Ooo I want to know too. I haven't done much projection work, none at all to tell you the truth. sweatdrop I just don't know where to start. Any ideas?

I'm not very familiar with that. I know it is know as the "God/s" Plane and has something to do with heat... Could you explain it to me?

Do you mean the Astral plane? I'm sure there's multiple names for it, but I just want to make sure we're on the same page.
I've never been there myself, but from what I gather, it's a place of thought and memories. The memories of spirits residing there are projected, creating the scenery.

Possibly how you see a aura is what things look like. Try it yourself if your creating a story, you need direct resources.

Depends on what area you're in. In some levels, you look like a glowing, vaguely humanoid form. In others, you look like you normally do, but can change your appearance at will. In yet others, you look like the soul of your "strongest" life (I'm not really sure how to explain it, it makes sense to me, but I can't put it into words). Lastly, in some levels you only have a body that YOU can detect as long as you're not thinking about it. If you consciously look at any part of your body, it starts to disappear, either by fading or "melting." The other beings in these areas can have any of the other three aforementioned forms when you look at them. By far the most common of these is the second, where you can change your appearance at will. The glowing form only usually appears at some superastral planes, while the "strongest soul" form is usually located in the Mental Plane and the Akashic Records.

I'm sorry but I'm not all that familiar with Etheric projection, but I've talked to people who say everything from appearing as a glowing aura, to appearing as an animal or mythical creature. I'd imagine it depends the person as well as the area in which they are projecting themselves. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful that that...
