Its Backwards compatiable with xbox 360 but im not to sure if they have a compatible Dance Pad . . . crying So i was wondering if it would be smarter to buy it for Playstation 2 or Fork out the extra Cash for a 3rd party Mat . . .What's your opinion on this ???

You're gonna have to get the PS2 version. The Xbox pad isn't compatible with the 360.

Most games don't have specialised controllers.
Seriously, just use SM. You can make your own theme too, if you don't like the default SM theme. I don't see why nobody uses the Pump version of SM; it's just as good as the Dance version. Also, with Pump Pro, we'll probably be seeing a lot more themes, simfiles, cutom arrows, etc for the Pump setting of SM.

I do, 'cause Pump's cool. But my Sims are still in the "lame" stage of development and still take me about an hour and a half per chart. When I get better, I'll consider actually compiling some official charts and s**t.
