Holy s**t I'm tired. I did a 15 hour shift at work last night. x.X I was dead by the time I got home this morning at like damn near 7! I slept until 2 this afternoon and I think I could still sleep more! I think this was almost worse than the drive back from Oregon.

Can you sleep more? I think that'd be good considering how late you had to work. sad

Zwibel Hrm, good luck on getting a job. Job market is just horrible right now. sad No kidding. I seriously think it's worse here in Kentucky than it is in most places. We have hospitals and nursing homes closing all over the damn place. It's sad really.

I doubt it. Obviously people will want it to stay open but if there's no money coming in (I assume that's the problem) then nothing can be done. I sometimes think that most people are just a bunch of dumb asses when they think the government is just ignoring them and that it's s**t. I don't really know anything about it but I do know that it takes a lot of hard work and that it's not as easy to do things as some idiots think it is.

KirliaEmi That's not good. sad Is there any way to keep them open? Staff. Most places need good nurse aides. One nursing home closed because they nurse aides were all abusive and they got closed down by the state inspection board. The Vet Center I worked at is on the edge of closing because they treat their nurse aides like s**t so they're all leaving. I offered to come back and work there for them again and they told me no because my old unit manger didn't like me. Ironically my old manager is now my sister manager (my sister works at the Vet Center) and she hates her too. My sister hasn't even been working there 2 full months and she's already looking for a new job because they have treated her like a complete piece of s**t.
