Read in the newspaper (and confirmed on IMDB) that Melissa McCarthy is taping a pilot called,"Sam I Am." It is with Christina Applegate, Jennifer Esposito, Tim Russ and Jean Smart. It is about a psychiatrist who has amnesia apparently.
Not a good sign. GG wouldn't be GG without Sookie!!!!!!! People have done 2 shows at once, and it is only a pilot, but still, not a good sign.

i dont really think there is gonna be an 8th season so i dont think it will matter.

I hope they don't cancel the show, but it seems to me as if they're running out of plot ideas. I'd rather them cancel than run the show into the ground though...

True, but with Rory getting a new job and being in the REAL world for once in her life, and Lorelai actually getting back into a serious relationship, I think they've got good potential material there.
