In the episode where Turk keeps asking Carla to marry him, (season 2) he says 'i just want you to know that i've had a long and very productive playing career over which i have slept with many many women... and by many women i mean 3... take away two plus one, that's you
Now, we know turk has slept with that fat chick (learning this after season 4- episode where he catches JD with Nina, the lawyer), we know he's slept with carla -that's two- and in 4th season again we find out he had a relationship with Charice in that episode "My Cake"- where turk gets diagnosed with diabetes, and molly points out a girl and analyses- "Constantly trying to validate herself so she'll sleep with anyone". Turk looks at her and goes 'Hey, Charice'. (ie. he slept with her before).
and in season 3, carla tells turk "Okay, this is your last chance to uninvite that slut you went out with in high school." given that she's a slut, and turk went out with her, i'm guessing that they've slept together
count them up, that's FOUR!!!! =.= stupid scriptwriters... ><
oh yeah, and how many siblings does turk have? coz when turk made his brother best man, i didnt see him at the wedding. also, turk's businessman brother who visited in "My brother, my keeper" (season 3) sounds NOTHING like the guy in the tape recording - "Hey, Turk, it's your brother. Good news! My business trip got canceled, so I can be your best man after all! I'm looking forward to it. Call me." ergo, how many damn brothers does he have??????

I'm pretty sure it was just so Carla wouldn't get so pissy. It's safe to assume that Turk slept with more than 3 or 4 women.
BTW, you forgot J.D.'s old girlfriend. Turk confessed that there was NEVER a balloon fight, and that he and said girlfriend was NOT trying to dry themselves off under the covers.
And Turk has 2 brothers; Kevin and Ja...Ja...Jabroni? Jabberwocky? It's a weird name.
And does anyone else wonder why Carla calls him Turk instead of Chris? I mean, J.D., I'd understand, and the rest of the staff, too, but...Carla's his wife.

But later in the episode, right before Elliot explains how she nearly committed suicide, Turk outright tells J.D. that he DID sleep with said girl. It would not make any sense to do such a thing if he had not really slept with her. BTW, a collage is an art piece made with cutouts. A College is a school for higher learning.

While, you do have some valid points, I think you may have overthought this.
About the brother thing, they probably just couldn't bring the actor who does the bothers so they chose a random crew members voice.

Season Six, Episode....12? It's the same episode Barbie talks about trying to off herself. Ghandi says something along the lines of:
"My mom came in to my room with a look I've never seen on her before, and she said 'It's over, Turk. Micheal Jordan's career is over."
