I'm so excited about the new furnature sets. XD Am I the only one here?
I just spent over 40,000 gold re-doing my house. Haha. I only wish they had matching lights. ;_;

I'm excited, and yet at the same time a little bitter... I thought of that idea as soon as I had a house, I said, "I'm gonna make an Egyptian home!" and everybody laughed at me, saying I can't cause they don't have Egyptian items, but now they do. What the hell?! O_O
I'm only bitter because I don't want everybody to have the same thing, whenever there is a new item, everybody gets it and kills it. gonk Noooo!
But, did you read all the horrible puns in the announcment? I actually laughed, despite how bad they were. Being a Yugioh fan, I'm quite used to bad puns. X3

Ah! The puns were hilariously retarded! XD It took me a couple minutes to figure them all out though. XD;; Anyway, I was like drooling when I saw the set, immediatly thinking, "OMGYUUGIOU!!1" and deciding that if I ever obtain ever item I want for my avatar (pft, yeah right...) then I would work to get an Egyption-y home. ^^

Yeah, when I saw the announcement, I was like, "Hey! Egyptian items! Yessss~! Yuugiou!" xD
Now I want to make a little cosplay avi of Touzoku Ou and make it run around my tomb-y house acting all thief-like. xDD;;
And, like Akila, I also laughed at the bad puns. o.o They were so lame! I had to laugh! xD
It took me a few minutes to understand them also. o.o;; I was like, "Huh? Wtf? O.o"

Akila, I know what you mean with not wanting everyone to have them. The same thing happens with me and hairstyles/items on Gaia. At least house items will always be a little bit less popular than stuff you can actually wear. .___.

I loved the drop dead gorgeous dresses, and so I got one, and then.... everybody else had them too one day, and my avi was so unoriginal. It pissed me off, so now I don't use new items so much. -.-; Yea, the problem with houses is that you can't show them off like you can your avie... so even if it is super special awesome, people won't be able to see it. crying

Meh, sometimes that happens to me where I put new items on and everyone has them too, but I don't really give a damn. If I'm wearing something that's all unique and no one else would dream of wearing, that's fine. If I'm wearing something that everyone else is also wearing, that's fine too. The important thing is that I like what my avi is wearing. So if a new item comes out that I love, I get it if I can afford it. Besides, it's really exciting for me to be able to try on new items, since I can't dress my avatar at home. XD;; Usually by the time I get a chance to do so, I have three or more new items that I'm itching to try on.
