Wing Aero had the fire power but Epyon is the cooler of the two ans move manuverablity...Epyon for me..Next to Altron

Coolness facotor aside it's a hard choice. Wing Zero's twin buster rifle is good, but it's a hit or miss weapon with limited energy. On the other hand, Epyon is a high-mobility close-combat monster with almost equal power.
In the end, it comes down to piloting. With the right pilot (say Wufei or Heero), Epyon would pwn all, including Wing Zero.
So my choice is gonna be Epyon, just cause of mobility, manueverability, and power.

I'd pick the Epyon over the Wing Zero any day. Besides, didn't the Epyon always use it's Heat Rod to take away the Zero's Buster Rifle?

Well that sorta depends on which Zero we are talking about.
But looking at the battle there would be a big problem. Zero takes along time to charge its Beam Rife. But if it doesnt use the beam rife then the two Gundams beomce very closely matched. Though Epyon might still be a bit faster, Zero with out the Buster would be able to catch up with him.
Now if it was Tallgeese 3, which was the only gundam that wasnt destroyed (Zech's so smart). Then he would have alot of speed and be able to cut down Zero. Yeah he might of not had that much footage. But before the other gundams come in Endless Walts, Zechs and his girlfriend (I forgot her name) they where attacking that base just the two of them without killing a single person. and they kept that up for a very long time.

Non of the Tallgeese mobile suits are Gundams. Just very powerful Leos.

No I think the Tallgeese 3 with all the damage it took and still worked shows that it was made out of Gundamium, qualifing it as a Gundam. Because if it was just a modified Leo then it would of fallen to peices. And Zechs spent hours fighting at that base. So there Tallgeese 3 is a gundam. (and besides it has earned gundam status) and now that I think about it I dont think a Leo could withstand that giant rail gun like thing Tallgeese 3 has.
So atleast count Tallgeese 3 as a Gundam.
(Phff no one cares about Triez and his silly Tallgeese 2 so that one doesnt count. And the first Tallgeese was a prototype)
