Yanagi, Takigawa, Tuti, Kimeru, Ichitaro/Nagayan, Abe, Aoyama, Moriyama, and Naoya
OR
Endo/Yanagi , Shirota, Zukki, Aiba, Adachi, Konii, Araki, Kaji, and Kujirai
OR
Sakurada, Minami, Takki, Aiba, Seto, Watanabe, Masei, Shinpei, and Kujirai/Tomo?
For me, it's hard to choose. First cast was the ORIGINAL. TEH ULTIMATE!
The second cast, that was the cast from when I first entered the fandom (and I love the D-Boys)
The third is hard to say anything about, I haven't seen enough of them. >.< ('Cept Aiba of course)

I'm actually torn. The first cast is THE ORIGINAL cast and they have their own variety. But the second cast can sing. Third cast...well it's hard to tell, so I guess I love all three of them.

First and Second cast are equal love. Third cast has yet to prove itself, so I'm reserving judgement, but I pretty much like what I see. heart

I like the First cast because of Kime-hime...and the I like the second cast because of Shirota...and I LOVE the 3rd cast because of Dori--I don't know...it's between the 2nd and 3rd...actually--I like all of them.

Nagayan and Kime are like, the exceptions.
1. TakiEiji is a hunk of burning love, but he really couldn't sing.
2. Yanagi could sort-of sing before his accident, but not so much afterwards ( crying ) and Endo? Not really, especially towards the beginning. He got better as time went on. whee
3. Souta? Meh. Naoya? Meh. Abe? Meh. MoriEiji? Meh. Tuti? Meh. They could all sing feasibly well, none of them were HORRIBLE, but it doesn't really stack up to the amount of vocal talent that the second cast had (Shirota, Araki, Kaji, Aiba more or less, etc.) Don't get me wrong, though, I heart first cast dearly with my soul.
4. Nagayan actually has two albums. And a single. That I own. heart Kokoro ga..

I started watching Tenimyu with the 2nd cast so I guess I'm more fond of them but I still like the 1st and 3rd cast but...Hyoutei's the best!!! *____*

i voted the second cast because i know them the best
and the 3rd still has to win me over whee
the first cast is really awesome too, it's just i didn't start watching tenimyu until the 2nd cast ^^;

2nd~ Mostly because I saw them first. And because they were with Hyoutei the most. XD
Though I do have to say that Doori from 3rd is my favorite Ryoma. ^_^
And the 1st cast WAS good. Kimeru makes a better Fuji than Aiba, but I still like Aiba better.
