Sooooooo you gothy gothingtons! How many of you (if any of you) are smokers? Anybody like the cancer sticks?

See, I did it for awhile, then I quit, because I said "Hey, self, These things are gonna kill you." But, a few months later, I realized "Hey, self, yeah its me again. Oh? Good to see you too!. Anywho, ummmmm, yeah, we all have to die of something right? Besides, even if I did elongate my life, all the extra years would come way at the end of your life."

Then I ahd a little daydream. and another voice said "Yeah! Your not smoking will give you just enough time to s**t your pants because you werent fast enough to get to the bathrrom!"

No thanks, ill just smoke.

I don't like smoking (tobacco or other substances) because it makes my hair smell bad and my skin feel dirty. That might sound like a crazy reason but, It's my choice to have delicious smelling hair!

i've tried it, didn't get the big deal, craved popcorn, tried strawberry, was very dissapointed in its non-strawberry flavour ((or was that because of the alcohol?)) and moved on. most my friends smoke, never bothers me i grew up around cigarette smoke since as far back as i can remember. and i bet i get cancer first lmao! but they'll get skin cancer first so its all ace.

i smoke and drink whenever i can get it....
im not addicted to it as most people are...
i don't see the point in it but it gives me something to do...

i get what you mean. a big part of not smoking for me is i don't feel a need for it. its the same with dirnking but then i always jump at the chance for a drink. the only thing i have ever needed was coke. i have quit, 3 weeks sober, but then again i do grab a sip. infact i am now terrified of relapsing so much i stay away from it unless others are drinking it cuz there won't be much to get a taste for. i know that sounds stupid it being just a drink, but oh how it filled my soul endlessly for the better part of two years. such a tragic death to face when i saw its true nature, taking me down and pulling me under, unable to break free i had to recruit all i knew to keep the s**t away from me. the day we reunite shall be something dark, darker than i've ever known, and so, so needed.

Nope. I have never tried smoking, and I really dont want to. I'm prone to becoming addicted to things. *shrugs* I always have been 3nodding

you know addiction is my favourite word. i always bounce from one to another never truely addicted, aside from coke, but proved i can give even that up. i've gone from coke to drinking to drugs to coke to meds to pain to happy to coke to meds to violence to peace to coke sevenfold every year and it never makes a difference to me. my latest love is narcotics, tomorrow it will be god knows what. its how i keep the bordom at bay.... i truely hate to feel the same emotion for longer than a few days.

...Because they wanna save they earth, they wanna save animals, but they wont stop the decaying of their own bodies... ********' morons.

I have the same feelings toward any substance abuse, legal or illegal.

It's all a waste of time and money.

Drink every once in a while, because its not bad to drink a little bit. I hate really hard alcohol and think heavy drinkers are ******** losers and morons (living in Chico also gives you a great view of all the party animals and every night drinkers).

People who have to drink to 'loosen' up or be able to 'dance' at parties cannot have fun and are boring people, I find. Very small minded as well and self conscious.

As for smokers, dumbest, laziest, and self conscious people I have ever met.

I tried it a bit once I found out my boyfriend smoked cloves every once in a while (now every day) and just found the whole thing a huge facade to look cool. Its basically a huge excuse I find, especially among those under 18 to try and look and act mature. Funny how it just makes them look desperate and even more immature.

Those who do it for 'stress' liek my boyrfriend says, I find funy as well.

What better way to deal with stress than to completely ignore it with poisinous chemicals that actually increase stress on mind and body?

And those who say they are not addicted make me laugh. If it wasn't an addiction, then why do it? There is no positive or progressive reason to smoke, except liek above, to try and show off how 'cool' and 'mature' you are.
