Gah, its depressing. everytime i'm on, it seems as if everyone else is gone. i havent been able to get to know anyone from the guild
am i just unlucky, and on at the wrong times?

no, it seems that this guild is loosing momentum lately. I know I check for new threads and there will only be one like twice a month. Maybe I'm imagining it, but it seems like no one has much to talk about. No one seems to be on the guild much.

Ever since I've been in this guild, there just never have been all to many people on unless you get lucky... and I'm always working the typical times everybody else would be free, so it's even more-so for me.
I don't really see why somebody has to be on at that exact moment for it to matter, so long as they respond.
I've seen so many times "Oh, this guild is dying" and I haven't even been here that long--but from what I can tell it isn't. It's never been busy while I was here, and a lot of the people here do lurk. The others post twice then forget it exisits, or they get frustraited 'cause this isn't one of those places you can typically come and post and get immediate responses and then they ditch it. But that's just from what I can gather. It's just slower.
I've said it before, if the people complaining about it dying would post more in the other threads that are around (I'm not pointing fingers or blame, just saying in general anybody that's unhappy with the lack of activity) then maybe it wouldn't be so boring and slow. I've started about 4 threads since I joined, and mine have all attempted to be somewhat insightful and stir conversation--though it may not have worked too well 'cause maybe I'm one of the few interested in that. Still, at least I tried.

There are active people my doppleganger friend XD You can't say you don't know anyone! Anyhoo... from what I gather people generally come and look through the threads, post what they think... see if there are any responses maybe post again and then that's generally all that be said on the subject till a new thread is created. If you're craving a little more fast paced conversation within the guild then I'd suggest one of the role playing/general chat threads that we have. Lots of folks post back and forth in just about anything. I know I check the forum every day, even if I don't post. I know Ghosty is often here too as well as Fuzzy.

well, add me to the list of people often on, lol. I have access to high-speed now. I only share it with an older lady (my landlord, lol) who isn't very computer literate so she isn't on long when she does use it, lol. But yeah, I've been getting into rp's. I try to post on multiple threads, but it's kinda on an "topics of interest"

I only post on topics of interest--which is why I usually shy away from the RPs because that really isn't my thing in most cases. But I suppose I just have more interests than most people, or a need to say more than most people sweatdrop
