I figured that was the artist's intent. Too bad he dumped you all in a train shed, though. Maybe he should've filled Marks & Spencer or Speaker's Corner instead, you think? mrgreen (The old man with the toilet brush who thinks he's the king might have liked that...! lol )

Yup! biggrin When I was in London in '91, my pen-pal friend took me to Speaker's Corner on a Sunday. We walked along the rows of speakers & she hung out there so much she knew a lot of them. She pointed at a little old man in rags holding a toilet brush & babbling unintelligibly & said "He thinks he's the King. Hi, King! *waves*" & he waved his toilet brush & said "Raaah! Raaah!" or some such back. And then she pointed at a younger man all in old clothes that were all purple, with long hair & a beard, with a poster board covered with tiny print & said, "He thinks he's Jesus. Hi, Jesus! *waves*" & Jesus waved back. biggrin

i'm on holiday this week, so if the weather permits i'll wander round town and take some pics of the odd things that they put up in the name of art around here..
one thing about those clay figures Geo, they have an effect on whoever sees them, and that's usually all an artist's intention is i'd imagine, some sort of response though a good one is no doubt a bonus ninja
