I'm probably going to have to skip class tomorrow, which is bad since I had to skip on Thursday too. What makes it worse is that my class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays, meaning I'll be missing two in a row.
Anyway, my throat is so jacked up right now, I can't even speak. I want to say that this is the worst I've ever felt, but I always say that when I'm sick. D: Discuss:Worst times you've been sick. If you've gotten sick this year. If you've used being sick as an excuse to not do something. Other stuff related to feeling yucky. :<

My last fever was horrible. I had a fever of like, 102 or something. I was like, dying XDD
I was really effing cold, and I had a headache and sore throat. I was all "no plz".. XD

Oh, that sucks to hear that BK. D: Being sick is no fun. My friend Karma is sick right now too; seems to be going around... like the entire US since I also have a friend in Florida who's sick right now. XD;;
Worst times you've been sick: Well... I tend to get the flu every other year or so (I have really bad allergies and asthma, plus not a good immune system, so I get sick easily) and that usually leads to me throwing up without being able to stop, which leads me having to go to the emergency room to get an IV so I'm not dehydrated. XD;; It's happened like five or six times now... It really sucks. I can't keep any food or water down, can't stop throwing up for a few days (if I don't have anything left in my stomach I'll still try to throw up air WTF XD;; ), and I always feel really hot so I can't stand having blankets or anything, even though I'm really so cold that I'm twitching. Gosh, I hate that. XD;; Didn't happen last year though. Worst I got was a couple of colds.
I don't think I've ever pretended to be sick to skip school that day, because if I'm not feeling up to going to school, I usually just ask my mom and she'll let me ditch since I do pretty good in school anyway. Allthough there was this one time in like seventh grade that I completely forgot about a huge project we had due after lunch and just realized that during lunch, so I ended up faking an asthma attack so I could go home before that class started and get an extra day to work on it. XD;;

@R-man: That sucks. I would be scared that I would die, especially with a fever, headache and a sore throat. D;
@K-Chan: That sounds terrible. D: I don't think I've ever gotten the flu. ._. I'm afraid of throwing up too, so if I got so sick where I was just gagging because there's nothing else left to throw up inside of me, I would probably be really scared. Wow, the hospital? ._. I think I remember reading a journal entry of yours once talking about how you had to go to the hospital for dehydration. Maybe I'm mistaken.
Ah, that's good that your mom's cool like that. Haha, I think I've faked stomach aches to get out of missed homework/projects.
I remember that my highschool kept all the visits the students took to the nurse written on a large index card. Most people had half their card written on while I had like, five full cards. XDD~
@Yuki_Aoi: Seven times??? I would dieeee. If I throw up once, I feel really bad. I can't immagine seven times. D: D: D: When did that happen to you anyway?

OMG you read my journal? Didn't think anyone did. XD (not like I write in it anymore...) But yeah, that entry was the last time that it happened. I'm surprise that it didn't happen this year since flu seemed to spread a lot more than usual. But yeah, I've thrown up over seven times in one day... ^^;; It really really sucks...

This is probably late, but I hope you're feeling better! >.>
The worst thing I caught was some kind of deranged stomache flu that does not allow you to sleep or live your life. Every 30 minutes practically on the dot you have to vomit. It was disgusting. I never usually get sick at all so I had forgotten the horror.
And it happened while I was staying with a friend in a hotel at Disneyland. We were sharing a bed when she got it and we thought it was just food poisoning... until she passed it on to me.
I've thankfully never been to the hospital for sickness.
That sounds scary.

Oh my god. You guys have such hard-core sick stories. I'm all like, "teehee, I had a sore throat one day~" And you're all like, "I VOMMITED FOR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT!!!! scream scream mad " XD
You must have been miserable. D: And this happened at Disneyland? I thought Disneyland was a happy place. .__.

And going to the hospital for being sick is actually nice... because they give me an IV that causes me to finally stop throwing up and it puts me to sleep. You don't know how relaxing that is after hours of non-stop throwing up. ^^;;

Only 2 days. I think I made it sound more traumatic than it was. I only caught it from my friend while in disneyland. And I guess because of the magic and wonder of the mystical amusement park, I didn't start the vomity ickness until the day after, which was pretty lucky compared to her.
If I had missed a day of magic I would have cried like a pansy. D=
Except after getting back to your dull home from vacation you already feel like normal life is crappy again without being sick.
ooo, I want IV.
But Tylenol pm usually knocks me out just the same.
I always refuse to be conscious while I'm sick!

XD The only medicine that has managed to knock me out was IVs. I would always try Nightquil (or however you spell it...) to clear up my nose during colds and to help me sleep, but it would only perform the first task. D: So yeah, basically sleeping pills make no difference on me.

Ok. This is probably majorly late, but I hope you're feeling better. ^-^

I don't really get sick much. Maybe once a year? Apparently, I have a strong immune system. o.o Sometimes, everyone in my house (My mom, dad, 2 sisters, and brother.) get sick and I end up perfectly fine. xD
The worst time I've been sick was...
Well, I'm not sure. o.o I don't really have any major stories since I don't get sick that often. But there was once when I was 13. I was feeling sick and my mom made me drink this disgusting tea stuff. Then I went and threw it all back up. (I had told her that if I drank it all I was gonna throw up and she didn't believe me. xD;; ) Then all that day and most of the next, I couldn't eat anything without vomitting. (And sometimes, when there wasn't anything let to vomit, I tried to throw up air...? o.O) Then she made me take this gross pink stuff. >< I threw that up too, but it changed colors! O.O (I ate it, it was a vibrant pink color. I threw it up, it was a deep red. O.o)
Good thing is, when I get sick, I get sooo tired that I can't stay awake. Then I don't have to put up with it. xD I go to sleep and when I finally wake up, I'm feeling good as new. ^-^

Gosh, sounds like you're pretty lucky with sickness, except for the color-changing medicine. XD;; I know for certain I have a weak immune system, though only mildly weak.
