It's a night where all the pine trees in your town are lit up with lights. It's like New Years, but there's not a countdown.

ERR! Wrong! The bright nights is a WEEK when all the neighbors light up their homes with christmas like lights and you are the judge. you tell tortimer which house you think is brightest and there you go. after that week is over nothing happens.
