In Chain of Memories, that is.

He turned a complete 180 from Chain of Memories to Kingdom Hearts II.

Anyone else think it's impossible to figure out his character? He's much too confusing. Though, all the Organization is in their own ways. But since Axel was the only one in both, his personality change is so much more confusing.

Spoiler:

He killed poor Vexen! I mean, come on! He wouldn't do that in Kingdom Hearts. He seems to have lost his whole 'badass' when Roxas was introduced.

Yeah, I was thinking ''bout that, too ... It' so messed up; he's nice in KH2, but a total b***h in Chain Of Memories? Perhaps it's Roxas ... Actually, it's probably Roxas xD

Or maybe he's bi-polar.

Maybe nobodies have a 'time of the month' and he was on it in Chains of memories.

Or he's Bi-Polar like mitzumori said.

Silly Roxas. He's like a drug. Axel was going through withdrawl in KH II.

Maybe Roxas weakened Axel emotionally. I mean, Axel does have a soft spot for him. xP

I say Roxas is the cause and he's bi-polar. It's a logical explanation.
