From what I've been exposed to, most of it I don't like. However, I do like Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, and Millenium Actress. I watched an episode of Full Metal Panic (I think that was the name) and enjoyed it immensely.  What do you think about Anime and what suggestions do you have for someone like me? I just noticed another Anime topic after posting this. How would I delete this one?

I tend to prefer manga, bu then one of my first anime series was the DiC version of SailorMoon. It had a bad case of Monster-of-the-Day, which the manga thankfully doesn't. The story there flows much better. I've remained a fan of that series since day one, despite what the dubbers did to it.
Ah! My Goddess is also good, and another of my nearly-obsessed-over favorites.
Of course, almost everything by Miyazaki is good, but then that's just my opinion.

Full Metal Panic! Huzzah! Somebody else who knows about it! There are few animes I like better than FMP. The only two that come to mind are Outlaw Star, and Vampire Hunter D.

Actually, I happen to like it alot. What I DONT like though, are:
Porno in anime
Hentai anime
People who think "ANIME IS PORN! YAY!"
I think.. yes, they should show the boobs, and butt, and all those graphic things , WHEN NECESSARY. If theyre in a hot spring and say, someones towel falls off for comedic reaction, then yes, its okay. I just hate it when they turn it completely pornographic.
Then again, I just went ot an Anime Club meeting at my college, and first thing, we go into the mini-office and the leader is having sex, while two guys play Street Fighter and watch. Then we ggo to the conference/ mini-auditorium room and first hting in there, the guy that was doing it in the office recieved "Black Extreme Anime Porno" from another member. They then sat around for about 30 minutes talking about porno, asses, and other things.
So that is really ticking me off at the moment.

I love Basilisk... it's dark and depressing though. Spirited Away was a great movie.

Anime rocks. It is the best. I love it so much.
I'm not very fond when people say they don't like it or that they think it is "s**t" when they haven't seen it. It's like, you don't know it, don't judge.
