I made pancakes, with out using a mix. I made the batter from scratch. They were some darn good pancakes. Mm, hmm.

Pancakes are god, incarnated in a flat-ish rounded food. That should be smothered in butter and maple syrup.

I've been utterly spoiled. My husband makes these oatmeal pancakes from scratch that are so awesome that I'll never touch a mix again. heart We found out that they work just as well in a waffle iron, too, which was incredible.
