Welcome to MoogerMint's Seishin Apartment Complex! Here, you will find all the residents that stay under the watchful eyes of MoogerMint, the landlord and caretaker.
It is a rather large place, able to house a lot of residents if they so desire, but rooming is limited to those in need. The place looks rather empty but for the receptionist desk, waiting area, kitchen, bathrooms, and few rooms, but will begin to feel much more comfortable once more come to stay. It is a warm area with a happy atmosphere, if but a bit bare. There is a barn out back and away from immediate view, housing the apartment's adored pets, comfortably living.
Hanging from the desk at the front is a board, listing the current residents and what rooms they occupy for quick reference. Suites Suite 1 -- MoogerMint SeishinSuite 2 -- AithneBarn -- Fionnait and NuadhaMoogerMint reaches the desk, a surprised look in her eyes. "Oh? A visitor? We don't get many of these around here! Come in, come in! Have a look around, make yourself at home. If you need anything, just call! Either me or Aithne would be glad to answer!" she says cheerfully, letting you have free reign of the apartment complex.

Rules 1) Please no posting unless you ask first. I will not bite and would actually jump at a chance to roleplay, but I'm trying to keep this thread as a reference spot and journal. 2) If you wish to roleplay or leave a gift, you must PM me first requesting for it. I will most likely say yes, but I would like to know beforehand. 3) DON'T STEAL THE LURVELY ARTWORK!!! I know it's awesome, but art theft is a crime and Djibrilshadow put a lot of hard work into it. It may take a while, but with a bit of perseverance he will emerge from his little "bubble." When he warms up to someone, he is rather outgoing and will try anything once. He has even been known to try to get to know someone on his own if the circumstances are right. Height: From head to tailtip she is about 8 feet, but she is normally at an average 5 foot 6
Weight: 156 pounds (no, she won't admit it)

Abilities: She is able to heal her wounds quickly, adapt to any environment with relative ease (unless it's too cold), and has mild control over fire. She has even been known to spark controlled fires with her mind.
Weaknesses: She does very bad in cold weather, being cold-blooded as she is. She gets cold easily, but likes the rain regardless. She has a rather fond weakness for anyone with a charming personality as well.
Personality: Aithne is a very careful cobra, one to study someone as they speak to determine their stance on things so as not to anger potential friends, but because of this can often be found jumping to conclusions. Despite this fault she is very caring and friendly, touched with a fiery passion. She is very determined and loyal, protecting her friends and family from anything even if she knows they're wrong.
Past: Aithne's history is relatively unknown to MoogerMint, as the landlord does not like to pry unless it is needed. The cobra was orphaned at a young age, coming to find the tropic jungles as a rather crude home. She would often find herself in trouble, cuts and bruises all over her body and no way to know how to tend to them. She was very sick when coming into Moogz's care, on the verge of comatose and so very young. She recovered quickly and was back to her old self in no time, despite not knowing MoogerMint's tongue. As a result she has a slight accent, but learned quickly nevertheless.
MoogerMint's Thoughts: She needs more friends. She's very lonely, but will try to hide her unhappiness behind a smile. She is very sweet and responsible, a perfect candidate to take over the apartment building when I am on leave.

Weaknesses: Fionnait's biggest weakness would have to be sugar cubes. The boy can't get enough of those sweets, and will disregard all caution if one is presented to him. Personality: This stallion is very flighty and skittish, likely to run from the sight of a stranger unless held back. He took an immediate liking to Aithne, however, and has grown a strong bond with the cobra girl. He loves it when she comes in, and will at times whinny for her to come out if she spends too much time away. He loves it when Aithne feels the need to go riding, but prefers her riding bare-back than to use a saddle. Past: Fionnait was given to the Seishin Apartment Complex as a Christmas gift from the head owner, Djibril. Height: 3 feet tall, with a wingspan of 6 feet Weight: 35 pounds Parents: Unknown Siblings: None Mate: None Children: N/A Acquaintances: None Abilities: Nuadha's biggest advantage and strongest ability is his immortality and rebirth. He cannot be killed permanently, as he is reborn again within his own ashes, even if they are scattered. Even with this ability, the apartment residents will take every bit as much caution with him as they would a normal petpet, however. His second most powerful ability would be his control over fire, something that Aithne's been studying off of him. He can conjure up gusts of flames in seconds, scalding hotter than normal in their ice-blue tint. Weaknesses: Because of his apparent physique which is made of fire, Nuadha is highly susceptible to water, ice, and the cold. It could smother him to ashes with prolonged exposure, so the residents have made sure the barn is well heated for his pleasure, but not overly so. Lastly, because he is a bird, he's got amazing eyesight, able to see up to a mile below him and hundreds of yards away. Personality: The bird is very feisty, sometimes even noisy, especially yaround people. He gets excited easily and, if he's not too careful, has been known to hurt people in his haste. He is very affectionate, loving the attention he gets. He enjoys it when his abilities can be put to use, even if it's just as a lookout.
