 Elliot Reid;
Elliot is a close friend and fellow attending physician to J.D although the boundaries between friendship and romance have often been crossed. She has also had many other relationships on the show, most notably with Keith and Sean. It was a running joke in the show that she and J.D. slept together at least once a year during each of the first three seasons, but this has seemingly ended in order to avoid clichéd storylines. She grew up privileged but love-starved; she once attributed her many neuroses to years of neglect from her alcoholic mother, as well as attempting to get her father's attention. Elliot has four brothers, one of whom is named Barry and appears to be gay. Elliot is portrayed as a hyper-competitive, talkative loudmouth She has cold hands, doesn't like to be touched ,speaks German and French, and is insecure about her eyebrows, her "camel butt" and her bangs. She also has panic attacks, and describes herself as being claustrophobic, germ-phobic and "phobia-phobic." Her one house rule is that she cannot talk or be talked to while she is on the toilet, or talk or be talked to by anyone who is on the toilet .
Sarah Chalke;
Chalke's acting career began at the age of 8 when she began appearing in musical theatre productions. At 16, she became a reporter on the Canadian children's show KidZone. In 1993, she took over the role of Becky (Conner) Healy on Roseanne from Lecy Goranson; she also made a non-Becky cameo appearance in the Roseanne episode She is currently engaged to her boyfriend Jamie Afifi. Sarah Cassandra Chalke (born August 27, 1976 in Ottawa, Ontario) is a Canadian television and movie actress best known for playing Dr. Elliot Reid on the NBC sitcom Scrubs and Becky Conner Healy on ABC's Roseanne.

She is so much like me it's uncanny...somewhat ditzy, self-conscious, tactless, it drives me nuts, really. But I cannot help but like her...she gives all of herself to a task, even if it's misplaced.

I hate Elliot Reed, she is so annoying, at first i didn't mind her, but know. I just hate her, she is my least fav character on scrubs, she treats JD so badly and that really annoys me
