Books are better than movies, but we just want to know: which movie's your favorite? Why?

I would have to say that the 4th movie is the best, but it only beats the third because of the speacil effects, but with plot line wise, third comes first in my parade.

I like the first three but the forth one was all focused on the tournament, it may have been the main thing but they don't explain as well as the book. The fifth movie better be really long otherwise they'll have to throw out details! I mean what if they want to put in the train scene with Luna in extra long, what are they gonna do? Cut out the part about Sirius at the end? (I dont want to ruin it for people who may be reading it now or are planning on reading it soon.)

I like the first one best because, even though the kids aren't that great at acting yet, it has the most similarities to the first book.

I agree 100% with the poll they leave too much out. But I feel they get better every time, though I am not looking froward to OoTP not when I know what is coming and fearing what they might do to make up for what they will leave out.

Yes the movies do leave alot out, i loved the first 3 the 4th was more focused on the Tournament, the thing is what did everyone do between each tasks??? that it was a person that didn't read the book would be like, but i can't wait till Movie #5 I'M GUNNA LOVE IT, I HOPE THE GOOD STUFF IS IN.

I would say the fourth movie since it's based on my favorite book in the series.
However, I wasn't too happy with some of the changes such as Hermione's ugly pink dress and making the rival schools one gender only (the French one all girls, the shady Romanian one all boys). >_<
