I just did one and I'm exuasted. we had to do like 5 retakes on a few different parts, but it was fun. 3nodding

I have videos of my sensei messing around on you tube...it was after class and the guy being thrown was knackered...he blatantly wasn't resisting, practically threw himself! But still cool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e9jW-hkHd7k or if the link doesn't work just put in Aikido warm down.
