It's not meant to be a work out though
I want to go because ive always wanted to, it looks fun and it burns 1000 calories.
I hardly ever go exercise of any kind so i need to start somewhere basic first
Dont want to make myself extremely exhausted straight away.
Gotta get used to doing basic stuff for long persiods of time first xd
Plus i probaly only just take 1000 calories in per day
Ill have to start calorie counting xd
