i never really liked the bosses but i have to say the most funnest boss was the thing in that cave were Red XII is from cause all u have to do is use a phonix down

Omega Weapon!!! From FF VIII!!! I so f****n awesome!!!! and his sword is just like Cloud's Ultima weapon!!!

My favorite boss is definitely the robot you have to face on the elevator early on in FF7. My game kept glitching so I had to do it over and over again. I grew quite attached to it in the process sweatdrop

Hmm my fave boss was... well it wasn't so much a boss but the slapping contest between Tifa and Scarlet hehehe
But boss.... umm Diamond WEAPON... i loved it hehehe I was gutted when it got shot by the sister ray i was like
"O_O I wanted to kill it"

i'd have to say demons gate (thats what it's called in the europeian ver) at the end of the temple was one of my faves because even at level 45+ with Aeriths LV4 limit its still a challangeing fight.
And to all those who say Sephiroth i have to dissagree his fights were far too easy in my opinion and yes thats with out useing KOTR or for that mater any summon (bar pheonix + final attack).
