No, always move them. If you move it to a place where only the crew can see it, then you can deal with the threads approprately. If the thread goes against the TOS, then save it and report that member. But keep the thread as proof.

I leave them, but I lock them. That way no one makes the same mistakes.

Depends on what you mean by bad. If it's spam and really has no point... I just delete it. Why waste your time moving it? If it's against the rules, then I would ban the user or put them on suspension. But that's just me. There's no point in really keeping bad threads... why would you want them? xd

I say move them to the crew forum, it makes it easy to pay attention to someone's track record when you have proof of all the bad threads they've made.

It is best to move threads, unless they totally violate TOS. Individual posts can be deleted. Crew talk/or other forums locked except for crew best handle most of these problem threads.

Move them if its not against the ToS. Delete the thread and contact the person who created the thread.

I prefer to move them. Because if they continue to be irresponsible users, I can show their rabble to them after I ban them. (Most people who make icky, spammy topics end up doing more to break the rules evidently getting kicked out.)

I delete them. Proof? Well if you know they did something wrong, and they know, then whats the point of keeping it just delete it. And when it's deleted the mods can see them, as "evidence."

report the people then delete the topic so mods of gaia can see it because all post that are deleted go to a hidden forum that only mods can see and they can see that one without just finding your guild and finding the topic. it gives them an easier time. trust me it even says in the gaian rule book where they go.
