Well the New Year is almost upon us. I was wondering if you guys might like to share any moments you had this year that were either moving or amusing or ways in which the Lord worked in you this year.
In 2006 I found my faith was rejuvenated when I went to university because God put it in my heart to seek out a Christian group for me to join. I've always been a bit lazy so thankfully the Lord took things into his own hands and got me in involved in a group that "stalked" me rather then I it and I'm so thankful.

Well I went to Aquire the Fire (in Tampa, I think) and that really strengthened my religion, even to this day.

well i went on a retreat and i really felt Gods presence. this was when i first sort of became a Christian but then after that night i really believed! ever since then ive been trying to live as God wants but lately its been really hard. i cant seem to find Gods presence and i feel like a part of me is gone. i think this loss has also had an effect on my relationships with my parents friends and my boyfriend. when i felt God i was always so happy but now that i dont feel that connection ive been moody and upset all the time. its not the happiest thing to say about 2006 but i would like to ask those of you who read this to pray for me so hopefully i can gain a better relationship with God for the upcoming year!

God gave me the weirdest of people to be around with. I mean, every single one of them are spiritually strong but...it's just so funny. Our intelligence seems to lose it's grip on us from time to time most of the time.
My friend and I were cooking lunch for my church and my friend pulled out the hot dogs from the freezer.
"Oh man, why is it cold?" That cracked me up for the whole day.

I was challenged by being invited to preach for all three services at my home church in Indiana. That was a growing experience.

My new year was nice but it was different. I rang in my new year taking a online test due the next day. But i still managed to pray for the new year with my family. Then we drank sparkling cider mrgreen
