Axel's over-rated, show Zexion some appreciation!

Zexion, well.... meh.

I like Axel better, just because. But my favorite is the living water element. The guy who plays a sitar? DEMYX! He's just too kewt!

I'm a big fan of both lol. I don't really like choosing, but I'd pick Zexy! heart Axel is awesome and I love him and his attitude but i don't know theres something about Zexion lol mrgreen

Ms, I wasn't meaning to complain. The point I was trying to make was that even though Axel has "x23480329" more character developement, which is more than Demyx whom you like the best, I was just asking WHY. Why is Axel so loved, and why aren't other characters paid more attention too? Ones that aren't traitors, ones that aren't backstabbing members of the Organization.
I didn't mean it as a complaint.
Also,
I didn't think I was being close minded at all, in fact, I rather found that the topic was a good one. What makes characters like Axel, so loved? What makes characters just as good as Axel so ignored, or not as loved? Zexion had a big part in Chain Of Memories, and his character was VERY much developed in that, but apparently I must be the only one who thinks so.
Also, the fact that not that much is known about him makes him so mysterious and interesting, in my own opinion.
The way YOU have responded, was quite rude, and left me mildy offended because what I posted was polite, and to the point. You just took it the wrong way, it seems.
The fact of the matter is, I stated that I love Axel to death. In fact, I love Axel and Zexion pretty much the same...
And I have no problem with people liking Axel!
Like I've stated a thousand times, I just wonder why; what makes him so special, besides "omg he is hot and is a pyro and omg traitorz so rule". Understood?

By the way, I think you're more of the 'whining' one.
You seem to pinpoint things that you 'hate' about your Guild.
Heh, then why don't you just delete this thread if you don't like it? Why did you make a Guild in the first place, if you were just going to complain about it and it's members? Hmmmm?

Axel's character development is almost nonexsistant to me. So he plays hero at the end for about 5 minutes, whoop-de-dooo. I see it as him just admitting defeat, his relization he could never have Roxas to himself anymore. I prefer Zexion because he is enigmatic. He's a mystery to me and a character I would definitely want to know more about. None of his actions seemed brash and impulsive like Axel's and he and Lexaeus were the only two who remained loyal to the Organization throughout Chain of Memories.

I've always wondered why Zexion isn't as popular as Axel, and if not, why not more? He was an amazing character, and he wasn't a backstabber. He actually had things pertaining of intellect to offer to the table, whereas Axel was coy and backstabbing.

but I just don't see why such awesome characters such as Zexion....
Are so over-looked.

I suppose he may become uber popular when COM comes out on the PS2....

But I just don't see why Axel is *the best* to so many people.
There's no way around the fact that he's a traitor and a pseudo.
He's also a pyromanic, scitzo, "emotionally" disturbed red head though, as well. His character is very creative.

But alas,

I like Zexion a lot. I just go through phases. Like, maybe one month I'm all over Zexion, then next, say, three months I'm onto Demyx or Axel, etc.
All depends on my moods, too...

All I can say is: who the heck is Zexion? XD;; I've forgotten all the members of Organization XIII except Axel, which says a lot in itself. Also, "Got it memorized!?" is the best catchphrase ever. I LOVE YOU, AXELFACE.

Zexion has a great personality and Axel is great for pairing with Roxas xD
