Me and my girlfriend were talking about the similarities between anita and merry. Somehow, we got on the subject of a war between the two. So' I'm asking you all, forgetting about the merry world-anita world differences, who do you think would win?

Anita is generally recovering from some kind of wound before she finally gets into a match with the big bad, even if it's just a rough ********, Merry would find the wound, open it, Anita would bleed out... Poor Anita sad Or, Anita would act fast and put a bullet between Merry's eyes before Merry has time to do anything too harmful... Poor Merry sad This is assuming that neither woman could call on her men... If it came to calling in the men... Micah, Jean Claude, Richard, Nathaniel, Asher, Damian and Jason (plus whomever I'm missing) wouldn't stand a cat in hells chance against Merry's men... Doyle alone would slaughter all of 'em before they even got a chance, but you know that Frost would join in anyway.

Maybe, but youre forgetting that Anita has hundreds of wolves, dozens of leopards, a hundred rats, lots of vamps, and other lycanthropes under alliance to her. Merry of course has the goblins. So I don't know, its not gonna be an easy battle just looking at the shear numbers. Can you imagine hundreds of wolves engulfting Doyle.

Wow this is had Ive read both and Merry has the powers and some kind of gun knowledge but Anita is hard core and will do anything to win.

I think it's a rethorical question. I don't think either of our girls would have a real all out. They would both want to talk first, they might trade a few blows, but in the end they would probably become friends.

You're forgetting that the Sidhe are pretty much invincible 'cept to enchanted weapons (If I remember right, not read a Merry book in awhile).. Doyle and Frost, not to mention the others, are thousands of years old each and trained warriors/bodyguards to boot... No amount of numbers would be able to take those two down. Closest would be the Vampires... but even they, no. They wouldn't stand a chance. If it were just Anita vs Merry, Anita would have a fair chance of surviving.. if the men, and alliances thereof, got involved.. Anita, and all, would die very quickly.

Merry would win then since her backup is immortal while Anita's are not. Stab one of them in the heart with Mortal Dread and they will die from the wound. Thats not truly immortal so Anita stiill has a chance.
