There are many races in the realm with wondrous personality's racial traits and ability's. Personaly I love Dwarves the most, I very much admire there inner and outer strength. There strong sense of community and friendship as well as honor are also things I find highly admirable.

I like the Drow. They are so bloodthirsty and devious. They make a perfect evil race. Also Drizzt is not included in what I just said.

Truly, I hope they weren't part of the elves category....Most drow would slaughter you for such a thing. I like elves mostly because they're so graceful, but also because, if trained in the fighting art, are always balanced, and so on. I've never really liked any others except maybe the deep gnomes, like Belwar...

I've always been partial towards the surface elves
though I find the Drow intresting, I can't say I can really respect them as a race, being as evil as they are and all >.>

Although I gotta read more books before I make a decision, I have to go with the Halflings just cuz their lifes turn out to be soo tradgic XD It makes an awsum story xd
Oh and you forgot Drow in your pool D=
Lots of creepy fan boys/girls are gonna be pissed at that v_v... Edit: Okay never mind that post. I was a noob, still am but by Halflings I thought you meant a mix of 2 races sweatdrop redface xp
I really don't know wut to pick then..maybe humans..cuz I am one <.<;
And I guess Drow would go under elves so sweatdrop yea..

I prefer the dwarves. They tend to have a greater sense of their place in life. I also am envious of their blacksmithing abilities and superior strength. I would have chosen the Barbarians....But they dont smith enough, so they go a very close second

I would have chosen the Barbarians....But they dont smith enough, so they go a very close second I agree with you whole heartedly I think of themas the most noble and honorable race in all of the realm. They are not goody goodies but they are pure of heart. And they have a truly strong sense of self and the bond that matters greatest to them in all the world is that of family. It wasn't until I developed my love for dwarves and a proper understanding of there society that I truly understood what is was to do good simply for goodness sake because it is the right thing to do..

It wasn't until I developed my love for dwarves and a proper understanding of there society that I truly understood what is was to do good simply for goodness sake because it is the right thing to do.. it's ironic really the -2 racail penalty they get to Charisma suggests that they don't have a strong sence of self (sence Charisma is the stat that shows your force of personality as well as your socal presence) this is probually more so because Dwarves have more of a group mindset as compared to other races Dwarves are probually among the most xenophobic of the (major) races and are more likely to shut out the rest of the world and continue being Dwarves for Dwarfness sake; even compaired to the Elves, sitting on their elf-esclusive island, because even as prone as Elves are with shutting out the rest of the world, they are still intrested in the rest of the world and what's all going on in it. When Dwarves shut themselves away, they couldn't care less if everything else got burned to cinders sweatdrop
