Kakashi HAS to be the seme!
It is not a matter of Iruka can't be the seme... Kakashi CANNOT be uke.
For the first time, and most of the time, Kakashi is the uke!

i once read a really good fanfiction where iruka was seme once, and kakashi felt sorry for him b/c he was always uke in their relationship. it's funny to see someone as powerful and seme-ish as kakashi in pain cause he was uke. wink
