Okay here's what happened- I told my friend Hinata-chan that I would go with her (she's going as Hinata obviously) as Neji (not as a shipping) if I got enough money. I did, 200+ dollars for Christmas.

But later I told my other friend Ino-chan that we could go as Sasori and Deidara. What do you think I should do? I would be going with Ino-chan as Ino and Sakura to the convention after this so do you think it would be fair to go with Hinata as Neji?

How many days in your con? Do you mind splitting who you dress as if you only go for a limited time?

You could do both, if you limit how much you spent on each, spreading your money as far as it will go does not mean having to sacrafice quality ^.^

If you gave your word than you must try your best to do it. Speak with your friends and see whats up.

I'd say appologize to the second friend and go as Neji. You promised Hinata first.

I got it all worked out with them now. Turns out Hinata might not be even going to this one and Ino just got a different costume sent to her from her grandma so for this one I'm going to be the lone Gaara... But for the next one we're going as Sakura and Ino and for the one after that I'm going with Hinata as Neji.

No because you really shoudn't ruin your hair. Or your eyebrows. Plus, you will regret it later on. Just get a good wig. Not everyone can be "exact" with all cosplay characters. I suggest just using lots of dark makeup around the eyes so people will tend to look at your eyes more than your eyebrows.

There are ways to cover your eyes brows using makeup techniques and then pencil them in to look "real" in a different color. I'll look it up when I get home. shave them and they may not grow back
