I'm pretty sure he's somewhere between 4'9'' and 5'0'' during most of the anime but how much has he grown? At the end of the movie you can see that he is actually taller than Al (by a hair) but I'm not sure. Winry is still taller than he is however. I don't know exactly how tall she is either.

well techniclly..if ed is only a hair taller then al in the movie..hes damn short! >>>>but dosent al go back to the age of 10 after the ending of the season so wouldn't he only be about 12 and ed would be 18 so..<<< DAMN!

Well they make a joke in the manga that he's 165cm tall (with the hair sticking up, lol), so... You can guess around that I suppose ^^;

In the anime, Ed is 4'9" (150 cm) without the boots and antenna, and 5'4" (165 cm) with the boots and antenna. I'm guessing he grew between the 151 ~ 160 cm range, so that's about 4'9" ~ 5'2" I think? Though, the shoes he wears in the movie aren't as tall as the boots he wears in the anime, so it probably gives him 5 cm more including his antenna, which is another 5 cm, making Ed 10 cm taller.
I probably make no sense ^^;;

i remember reading ed's profile somewhere where it said he is 156cm tall......hmmmm, and on a side note, is it just me or did ed grow alot in the movie? he doesnt seem to be complaining about his height anymore.....

I'd say Roy is average for a man his age. Maybe a little bit under but only slitely. In the movie Ed was still quite shorter than Roy so I'd say Ed is my size, 5'4".
