It's anglisized german. surprised It's a warning for people not to touch the machine, just look at it. I think it goes something like this:
This room is filled with special electronic equipment. Touching and pressing the buttons on the computers is allowed for the experts only! So all the "hands on'ers" stay away and do not disrupt the computers they are working intelligently. Otherwise you will be thrown out and kicked elsewhere! Also: please keep still, relax and watch the blinking lights.
